Bullfrog's Grow Pad

Thanks for running those and that's some good info to know..I'm working hard to develop a couple solid outdoor strains..I lost 70% of my outdoor due to rot..Toledo strip will have to join the mix..Right now I'm doing a few little hunts for outdoor next season..Texada time warp...Texada x Spring break..Old island blueberry x Cherry West..The Slymer did flawless shit outdoor this year..Really surprised me..I'll definitely incorporate the Slymer.. Headsmog slayed outdoor last year and rotted all to hell this year..Next season I'll have some new stuff to try out .. along with the rest of the auto beans I have from @Trichitect those was fun .. Probably drop some woreozs and Pure Michigan..grapesmqc outside next season ...Never to early to start getting ready for next year I guess
I pushed the Grapesmacs past when she was done just to see if it would rot. I couldn't find a single spot on her either. Those are such dense buds I thought they might rot but nope, none. I'm finding beans in my Grapesmacs pollen spreads :punkrocker:. I hit a whole bunch of plants with Grapesmacs pollen. Add that with the males I left standing I'll have a million seed. Way too much too look through in my lifetime. I'll be growing the Slymer outside next year for sure, was stoked to hear she did good for you when a lot didn't. For sure some of the seeds made this summer will be grown next summer. Seems like almost every plant has some level of seeds, so the best smoking plants will get priority when it comes to bean popping.

I don't believe the F6 had a single bud cut off her either, I think it was yesterday I chopped her down, she's stellar too, just as frosty as the Toledo but the Toledo has bigger fatter colas. Didn't have the camera yesterday for photo but she was just as nice. Mom seen me muscling her into the shop and howled in excitement at how beautiful and purple it was. Said it was too pretty to cut down.

Are they? I'll have to look at them closer. I assumed they were the same as the other group I found on the two-track that looked exactly alike. The others were some type of Boletus mushroom with the spongey underside, they only grow under the Tamarack trees. I didn't really look at theses except to not step on them. There are very few wild mushrooms I'll eat, 3 is the actual number.
Those look like golden scalycaps in the pics, they are not death poison , but shouldn't be consumed.

Hope you get them. Over here we're in a nice little stretch of gorgeous weather. Looks to be coming to an end for me, rain and cool weather coming back in the middle of the week. Probably get our first good frost too.

How's that crazy pheno of the BBKB doing, I remember seeing it had some time left.
It's a crazy plant! it's still filling out, I'm figuring she'll be the last one to come in by a bit. Reminding me of that nutty Tom Hill Haze last year, i'll be chopping thanksgiving :)

Brother ....you absolutely dominated this year..Such a damn fine job on all those.. 👏 👏 👏 👏
Appreciate that dude.

So much potential in those tiny little seeds. All you kick-ass breeders rock. :punkrocker:

Yes, I'm putting you in that category even though you may not be a seller. I'd buy em, especially after growing them.

I got lucky Mother blessed me with a very good growing season this year. Right down to the end. I think only one group may have gotten a very light patchy frost. The only one it really bothered was the Suicide Blonde.

Tomorrow hopefully can get the rest of the Briscoes plants chopped. Plus that purple King Kush breath mixed in there. Still, wont be the end of it.

The burn/trim pile is getting pretty big, almost bonfire time. Probably will have a couple of them. Will be making no seeds in the foreseeable future. Dug just a tiny bit and found a seed in the Grapefruit Gorg x Grapesmac pollination. Dug big time in the Grapesmac x Grapesmac and found one shriveled dud

Threw some of the pollinated Grapesmac bud in the flower mill and some f2's fell out, there's not as many as I'd hoped but enough I can grow some more. That purple stemmed girl is really gassy grape. Would've preferred either of the other pheno's, the male I used was the candy pheno. Curious to see how they'll turn out.

Everything looking great boss. Which of the skunks is your favorite so far as far as skunky terps go? Im gonna start my skunk hunts soon and may have scored myself a 91 Super Skunk clone finally in excited about that one

Back when I first started buying seeds I ordered from ILGM and got some bubblegum and superskunk. Both packs sucked but I did find one nice plant from both packs. The Super Sunk was really pungent and sour. I haven't run a ton of skunk plants, more cheese than actual skunks. Schwaggys Skunk #1 were nice, but I only got one female out of the run, I think there's a few beans left though, probably the girls. I've run a bunch of cheese crosses that I liked. The Red Skunk Puck I did this summer turned out super nice, big fat buds but it's a pungent blueberry type of smell. Haven't tried it yet. The g13 skunk x schwaggys, have a more pungent sour garlic smell. None of them compared to the one pheno of the Island Skunk x Schwaggys. It's so unique, potent and loud, it'll have you rolling on the floor in hysterics over nothing really. That said it's not skunky per say, there's some slight notes of skunk but lots of other stuff going on also.

I don't care what anyone says the skunks of today aren't the same skunk strain from the 80's that actually smelled like a skunk just sprayed. Maybe they'll come back again someday but I haven't smelled that profile in nearly 40 years.

Every so often I'll find a plant that's skunky for a while in veg but they never stay that way. King Kush Breath this summer was skunky as hell when it was first starting to flower but it's gone now. Had a Black Berry Kush Breath also that was really skunky after drying and curing, stuff was very loud, the smell was sticky and lingered. Some top notch buds. But I wouldn't have called it skunky when it was growing. Those skunk terps are one elusive bugger.

The skunk my dad grew was the most vigorous plant ever, thing could not be stopped. Would grow huge if left alone, he'd always had to snap them down multiple times through the season. Was super herm prone too, would throw balls consistently. Pretty sure that's why he lost his skunk, they hermied themselves right out of existence. He always claimed rippers got them, but when he got ripped in the 90's the plants had already lost the super skunkyness.

I hope I find it again someday, but I've given up on actively trying to hunt it. Anymore I just take what I get, work with the best of that, and try to be thankful.
