Good morning all, Starting production again, stopped for 9 months due to multiple reasons. However, happy to back at it! Did a lot of testing during time off. I will start off with the 14 ft x 13 ft. flower room, this room has been redone with all new netfim .5 gph irrigation, undercanopy lighting with adjustable pvc bracket design, 4 inch inline 365 cfm under canopy ventilation I designed, that is also adjustable for height. In this room are 2 150 pint dehumidifiers, a 18 k 23 seer mini split ac, a 8 burner CO2 natural gas generator,lots of fans from tower to wall, also above each canopy are 1500 cfm Updraft fans. This room was wind mapped with a hotwire anonometer for flow rates throughout room. It is a awesome vortex flow throughout the canopy and room. Lights on left bed are hyphotonflux 720 watt pros with each light having 60 watts of uva 365nm and 390 nm supplemental 4ft led tubes. In addition each light has a 54 watt t5 agromax 75 percent uvb 4ft tube for last 2 weeks of flower. The right side has a medic grow smart 8 and a medic grow fold 8 with same supplemental uva and uvb , in the middle of those lights sits (2) 240 watt quantum boards dimmed to 50 percent. The irrigation system is 165 gallons total, (4) 27 gallon totes as control reservoirs and a single 66 gallon reservoir that automatically feeds control reservoirs. This room is precision crop steered using Whipple effect. I'm tracking all data for proper drybacks and coco ec levels. My nutrients for flower are advanced nutrients cultivator series and mega crop 2 part, I only use part a of both and buy 50 lb bags of haifa calcium nitrate and 50 lb bags of magnesium sulfate. My additives for flower are heavy 16 prime and heavy 16 fire, which are new in my lineup, super impressed so far, in addition I use grow genius 40% mono salilic acid. For flower benes I use billions by TPS. Foilar is done 3x a week using Mr fulvic brand fulvic acid , magnesium sulfate, snowstorm ultra, and yucca extract. Room is on day 28 left side and day 7 on right. 28 plants on left 32 on right. Left bed is 4.5 x 9ft , right bed 10 ft x 4.5 ft . I will follow up on 6 ft by 9ft veg room and 2 other flower rooms when they are done. There is absolutely no ipm being sprayed in this room or in veg!! My ipm is HAACCPC(Hazardous Analysis And Criticle Control Points for cannabis.) Spraying any horticultural oil or pesticide whether organic or not affects quality and costs precious time and money.
