I'll be building one of these this winter. These work perfectly for my needs. Once I build it and test it, I'll post detailed plans if anyone's interested.

The icmag diy version looks very simular to the above. Icmag version uses a shop vac for seperation.

Thanks brother, I was trying to avoid the build of a zig zag box, but I know they work great , just don't want to source and build. But if I can't find a less diy solution I guess I will, I saw same(zigzag) concept with cardboard and computer fan, but looked like in my clumsy hands would last 5 minutes before I destroyed it .

I probably take for granted being a carpenter but this would be real easy for anyone I think. I could probably simplify the instructions and use easy to source cheap material. Good luck with the search though. Let us know what you get

Just didn't want to spend 3 or 4 hrs making something( realistic time for me) probably an hour or so for you. I was a old school union plasterer before cheffing can do carpentry,but damn sure not a carpenter
