Flower Mill unboxing and first impressions

I think I need a flower mill too! I emailed them to learn what is the difference between the next gen 2.5 and the next gen premium. I love the idea of a better seeded bud grinder. I use an Odin and a Millstone, and they work better than any other toothed grinder I've encountered. They still ramp up my arthritis, just like the cheapos, so...
Maybe I'll have a used grinder sale!
Has anyone used the non-premium next gen 2.5 flower mill? I really don't want to drop a C note if the standard model would suffice.
I don't think you'll see much difference in the operation. I didn't get any additional plates for mine because I already have them for the original. The larger holes just ensure bigger seeds don't get copped up. This isn't really a big deal once you get the feel for using it, you will know when to stop so you can pick the seeds out before they get milled. I do this anyway to pick out any stems, curious how they work with your arthritis it does kinda require you to keep the two pieces parallel when milling vs. just smashing through with a toothed one.

Cheapo strainer and a glove.
seeds and stems and dog hairsSHALL NOT PASS

Grinders jam.
strainers rock on.

Nothing but the 2.5" next gen. I have many different grinders, and most work along the same principals. I like the idea of how this should operate. I have an idea for something much larger but, this will give me a better idea on how or if I'll even attempt it.
I hope I won't need a grip. I had another grinder come with grips and they slipped off almost every time, so I pitched them. The grinder type I reach for is a 2.5" Millstone which works great for me with it's groove grips milled into it.
I won't be trying to harvest seeds with this but, it should be great to have more control.
