Horse tail plants (grown in an area not contaminated)

Research indicates that horsetail silica exhibits several health benefits, mainly due to its high silica content. It is recognized for its potential in supporting bone health, enhancing skin integrity, and promoting hair growth. Studies have shown that the bioavailability of silica is a determining factor in its effectiveness, indicating the need for precise extraction and processing methods to maximize its benefits.

Furthermore, the applicability of horsetail silica in agriculture has received attention. It serves as a natural source of silica, which can help strengthen plant tissues and improve resilience against diseases. Preliminary research suggests that horsetail extract might enhance crop yields, thus presenting a natural alternative to synthetic fertilizers and pesticides.

Rice hulls. The best aeration on the planet too! I honestly think rice hulls and peat are the only irreplaceable things in my garden, that I really couldn't swap for something else.
