I am Strungthru, and I run Fresh Strings Genetics from Southeastern, Ohio! I am focusing on Ohio Heirlooms and Landrace varieties, and some of my favorites i had in the early 2000s!

I am new here to the forum, but have been active on other forums like ILGM and Overgrow and Instagram. I hope to meet alot of cool people here that share my love of this plant!🥳🙌🎸🎶🤘

I am currently working on a '89 NL #5 bx seed increase from Green bodhi, and i have a Strawberry Lemon G, and Exodus Cheese and a surprise plant running in this seed run!🥳🤘🎸🎶

I have a plant that im running outside that will be seeded also, but its a special guest for the grow that i dont want to release it's name yet. As if I wasnt excited enough to be running Saraquoia's breeders cut of Strawberry Lemon G in this '89 NL #5 Bx seed increase! I am very greatful for her kindness and the creation of Lemon G, my favorite strain, and for John (Green Bodhi) for his kindness in sharing the beans! 🥳🤘🎸🎶
 
I have seeds available from my last where i took Copa's Meigs County Gold F2's to F3s with two seperate moms, and cross two phenos of Equilibrium's Lemon g bx ( Lemon G x Lemon Lotus) with the Skunk #2 leaning MCG F2 male. I'm not sure if im allowed to advertise that stuff here? Im sorry im not familar with the rules of the site just yet! 😅

I run a few of Copa's strains outdoors, this year its Project Pineapple and Quick Skunk. How does the Meigs County Gold do outdoors? Im in Upstate NY so anything I grow outdoors has to be fast finishing and resistant to mold/PM/Cold temps. Welcome to Phenohunters!!!!

I am primarily an indoor, grower. The Meigs County Gold F2 I pulled at around 11 weeks flower time. They finish up mid October, so I would atleast get them in the ground outdoor to have them have a full flower period of starting around the end of July. I have a few of my F3's in the ground right now, that got swept out of the grow room and just took root outside, so im unsure if they are from the Meigs County Gold F3 #2, or the Lemon Gold #2! We will see how they develop together! 🤘🥳🎸🎶

These plants outside that are just randomly growing are my resilience tester plants for now, they have been through several days of freezing temps Outside in Southeast Ohio this year. They are in high traffic areas where our kids run, and our St. Bernard puppy has stopped and laid on the largest of them. They are still kicking! I bet that largest one is a male!

I have a few projects in mind that Im getting the ball rolling on, but i have been working on '89 Nothern lights seed run. I loved the taste of that plant when I grew it out! It smelled like Behlens Nitrocellulose instrument lacquor and Banana boat sunscreen mixed together!! Holy crap was it a great summer smoking that stuff, i went to Sonic Temple and saw Metallica and alot of other amazing bands! 🥳🤘🎸🎶

My wife is from West Virginia, so we are all the time throwing jokes at each other.😆

I tell her she only married me cause I look like I could be her brother/cousin, and she calls me a FIFO, which i had not heard that term before, so I said " Whats that!?"

"A F'n Idiot from Ohio", is what she replied.🤣

Good thing I married her and made her a "FIFO" too, Huh? 🤣😆🥳🤘🎸🎶
