Thrips so bad had to kill over 20 plants :(

Just had to kill all my plants due to a friend giving me a couple plants and gave me such a infestation of thrips and bugs that Diatomaceous Earth wont work and I wont use neem oil because how bad it is this might be one of my saddest days most of my plants i started from.seeds now I gotta deep clean and wait a couple weeks before I restart

infestation of thrips
I'd suggest Spinosad (it's organic and can be picked up at Home Depot as Captain Jack's), but given your hesitation with neem, I don't know what your threshold for "good/organic" is. I've wiped out thrips with Spinosad pretty quickly. It's just a toxin made by bacteria that kills thrips by wrecking their nervous system. It can be used as a drench and foliar spray.

X2, I wouldnt toss any if you havent already. At least thrips are a relatively easy pest to eliminate completely from the garden with minimal effort. As a precaution, I always advise anyone taking in cuts or plants from outside of your personal grow to keep them in quarantine for a couple weeks til you can see and preemptively treat what the plants may have in regards to bugs/powdery milew/etc.
