I bet most of us here on PH use cannabis daily.
Before this SCOTUS ruling, it would technically be illegal for any of us to own a firearm.
People can say that it shouldn’t happen to the average citizen, but I prefer couldn’t over shouldn’t when it comes to being charged with a crime.
