Hey bro, I should have probably posted this earlier but I kept forgetting. Recently I've kinda learned some things about the beans I sent you:

I'm 99% sure they aren't pure Blue Cheese (I think you do have the real thing from Hogback?) but the sheer number of male plants I ended up with, there's VERY little chance those were actually Hermie beans like I thought they were when I sent them.

Now, having been born with OCD, I know each bean and kept different phenotypes marked and in different baggies, so the ones you were sent, are Blue Cheese X Mystery Male. after talking with other members here, it appears I didn't have a hermie plant at all, but a brand new cross and didn't realize it. I popped 4 beans initially for this year's plants, and as time went on, EVERY plant was male. No hermie stuff, but straight up pollen sacs. Before the last two plants showed sex I went and grabbed 3 more of the seeds, and popped them.

So out of 7 beans, I had 5 Male plants, and managed Thank God to get 2 females. Now, the Males smelled literally like the Big Momma Cheese plants they came from (Skunky and Cat Piss and sour pungent funk) and the two females are both displaying what I'd consider Blue Cheese typical growth (Vigorous and healthy!) and the smells on both plants are a bit different:

I've got one pheno that was stretching from behind a GMO clone to get Sunlight that smells not unlike Cheesy Candy maybe ? The second pheno is where I feel you'll be happy to hear about this:

PUNGENT! No sweet Candy like aroma to speak of.... The Wife smelled her and said "That's like pure Gassy Cheese!". That one is leaning towards Mom for sure. So when you do eventually pop those ones, there's a good chance you'll find some interesting things to say the least.

They were very fast vigorous growth plants, and both smell very distinct. They have both started flowering outside here, and I honestly haven't quite figured out what Male went up in there LOL. My thoughts are that someone who lives somewhere near by grew out some plants and had a Male pollinate the area. She wasn't full of seeds, but the way they were scattered, and the way I treated her, it's simply not likely that they are hermies, but a new cross.

I feel like these are going to be really useful, as two of the Male plants smelled pretty much like Mom with exactly what you're after, and the Females I've got now, like I said Gassy and Cheese.... I feel like these will help. Hope you find the same smells I have so far bro, and, mainly as a sort of joke I've been calling it Psychobilly Cheese LOL.. Then again I'm not actually trying to name a mystery fuck up on my part either. At least not until I've hunted it more and gotten feedback from you.

Thanks for that input, I've got plans runnin through my head continually on how to proceed with this hunt.
It's gonna take quite a bit of room first of all not to mention time.
I'm tryin to get enough flower ahead so i can gain maybe 6 months to start the process.

Hehe, I'm very much looking forward to watching :) I do admit I have high hopes for that cross you have, and honestly now that I am confident that it's a cross, you may well end up pretty close based on the 7 plants I've smelled from those seeds :) The Male plants were so pungent that it hurt me right in the feels chopping them down, but I had to do it lol. I really hope you end up with the specific pheno that got me interested last year as that was the Skunkiest Cat Piss smell with sour notes I've ever smelled.
