"The Raven" ( Original Blueberry x Eastside OG ) = Buds are compact, very "og" bud structure, I killed the mom in Veg-room cause it was obvious she's whack and a one timer. the interesting thing is she has a more true blueberry tone of smell than many where they hit that blueberry muffin smell terps ( not a bad thing)

she sucks but who knows it might be some fun smoke to sample eh, time will tell! ( wish I would of took better pictures but w/e )

first time growing her and just finnaly sampled some ( also growing slurricane s1 seed’s).. wow that’s some very gassy and loud stuff . this pheno def has some interesting traits.

It’s not always the be all end all but I like to at least get fair return for power usage

If the camera was a little farther away, @Ramjet159 might’ve realized it’s in a 5gal bucket (i hope, or now I’m misperceiving too), and wouldn’t even question the yield lol

I was just wondering thoughts on yield ? I’ve looked at this strain on many occasions and heard nothing but good things except it can be low yielding .
I think everyone at some point has misinterpreted a text before on what you’ve already explained. I know I have on many occasions . Especially from the wife ?
I know she’s interpreted my texts sometimes just based on my usual smart ass ways around her . I know when she texts back “ what do you mean by that “ it’s like oh shit !!! Get the next message nice and clear or dinner is cold tonight ?

yield wise it’s a medium yeilder (4-8 oz per 2x2 or 1-2lb per 4x4)
the plant bed that was trimmed already was the “XL” line version ( she was 6.5 ft tall), I like to test if a plant will actually produce more or ut fucks the energy of it and shows , you’d be suprised on some strains work great large and produce extra where some they only have enough energy and than that result u lose that in ur buds. Slurricane was bumping in buds in XL.. but it had too many buds and a lot of popcorn ( granted smokable)


pro’s for me so far for slurricane #7:

very Loud and notable taste and smell
good bag appeal
growing wise easy to grow and semi-self supportive
not finicky in anyways
normal veg time ( god I hate those slow veg growing plants )
2-3 oz is per hr to trim average, it’s the sorting and popcorn thats annoying and added time vs other pheno’s where they had no popcorn
7-9 week harvestable plant np
can handle higher ppfd , infact any clone of her that got more light = better. You’d be suprised how many pheno’s once led’s became more popular a lot of pheno’s selected for hps weren’t as favored for higher ppfd and diff factors to make those pheno’s workout.


cons so far I see for that pheno:
*if you want majority larger flowers size, I wouldn’t suggest this strain
* if your thinking it’s gonnea be like cake or super sugary smells/terps.at least for #7 cut it’s more gas and fruity booty with a lil sour/nut. Crazy thing is when the plant is alive whole season it smells ultra sweet and def will trick ya on that lol

* like many strains , if you don’t mass top her or train properly your really gonnea lack the overall sqft yields , like many strains they def can be topped multiple times and that result. pount Is u could top her 100 times vs none and those too nugs aren’t gonneea be huge cause of not topping. Thus doing a logicAl time and as many toppings in veg = great plant

i haven't cemented this yet since I’ve only smoked all these new pheno’s a few times and they are fresh but honestly I think the crunch n munch is a game fixer on the stuff I don’t like bout slurricane . It has bigger nugs , granted it’s a seed version and many times the second round shows what pheno’s really act like.

time will tell!

Sounds very similar to In Houses : Forbidos in its structure and growth rate . I loved the bag appeal but it wasn’t really loud at all and it smelt like that white glue we used as kids at school for art projects , weird . Yield was low/medium .
Would I grow it again ? Maybe outdoors to compare ?
