I read something that really stuck with me, with everything going on in the world, this is something I felt was important to share.
Resilience is NOT about "staying positive."
Instead, it’s about allowing yourself to feel whatever you need to feel and transmuting it into fuel for your inner fire.
Resilience is present-tense, focusing your mind and directing your actions to where you want to go instead of "what happened" or "what could have been."
Most of all, resilience is accepting. Because only by accepting reality as it is can you take the necessary steps to change it.
