Thanks yall! Right now my biggest enemy is file transferring and maintaining photo quality. I think that's the RAW image but I need to double check. Also my phone, camera, and computer monitors all display differently so it's hard to tell what the "true" image is. Can I get a good monitor and attach it to my shit laptop?

Sure can. Just make sure you get a monitor with the right connections or you may need an adapter. Newer stuff is all HDMI I think but I have an older monitor so I needed a VGA to HDMI adapter for my laptop.

Also, my SO is a professional photographer and this is a major complaint of hers. Things look different on every device. There's a product called a ColorMunki that helps you calibrate your monitor to match real life/your camera display as well but it's kinda pricey if I recall

Yeah. Little bit of mold in that top cola. Gotta get my air flow figured out. The top 8" or so are minorly effected, the rest of the plant is fine. Ughhhhhh frustrating.

You have a dehumidifier ? Father in Law has a portable AC / Fan / Dehumidifier unit like what we have, and they were like 200 dollars, and can be placed right inside the tent as long as the tube for the back is outside the tent, and you can run a hose from the "water outlet" to the outside so you don't have to use a bucket to empty. Keeps cool and dry in there.

Yeah I do, I'm not sure its as much humidity thats the issue as it is air movement. I think there are some pockets where no air circulation was getting to, as the mold/rot effected plants seem be in the corners and behind a big plant that was in the way. I'm going to be leaving that tent for flower soon but for the mean time I'm going to put in 2 or 3 of the circulating fans. I got a fan under the canopy but I should probably upgrade that to a circulating one as well. either way, losses werent big or anything, just anoying. Of course its the beefiest, most delicious looking buds that got hit.

Here's that moonijuana x midsicle tester nug. Dried and ground up. 20220910_204640.jpg 20220910_204506.jpg 20220910_204410.jpg

the cherry flavor comes through in the smoke, and boy is it heavy. It just stays in your lungs on the exhale, and expands through your whole chest like a weighted blanket. as it creeps up my spinal column and into my brain, I can kind of feel my brain "dropping" the thoughts it was holding as I just stared through the TV listening to the sounds coming from it. Putting me in a great mood, I am content to just chill here and enjoy my sunday morning, high as fuck. I think there are some pretty nice plants that can be found within these Midsicle cross seeds.

Ya know what I had the same thing with a big columbian cross and my humidity and air has been the same for like forever but it was the first time this has happend to me in a very long time...I chalked it up to something in the air that caused it to happen...very small localized area mid top of the biggest cola.

Another variable could be how I watered this time. I built a drip feed system to feed the same amount to each plant, and turns out that wasnt a great idea, cause obviously they will need different amounts of water, they're from seed not clones. So, if a plant didnt need water that day, i'd redirect the dripper to another, more thirsty plant, that way I'd avoid overwatering. However, I dont think I'd do this again unless I was in bigger pots, or if I was doing it all from clone where everything would be feeding roughly the same. I also had probably 2x the amount of plants I'd stuffed in here before since I was doing 1 gallon bags, which probably did boost my humidity to unstable points where there was lacking air circulation.

Either way, everything is now chopped, tent is empty, being cleaned out and reset so we can avoid these problems while we upgrade to bigger and better things.

Gotcha. I had the same thing happen to some colas on mine last year. I mean, cutting the part that it happened to is easy, but as you said it's a pain when it's such a pretty bud.

Yes over watering can definately help bring it out in some genetics for sure!
I run the same soup with a drip system with a bunch of different stuff in the hunting room and have to sometimes switch some off every other day or so that are light drinkers.
I do it mainly so I can travel and set it and forget it method for up to 7 days with my set up...something stands out...it continues with a more refined feed and watering schedual in another room useually with a half dozen clones.
After many years I can useually see if something was not quite what the plant needed and adjust accordingly for a second run.
