Likely you'd be OK doing either. I've had branches snap on me during wind and rain storms, and as long as the leaves aren't wilted when you see it, you can fix it up pretty well actually. I used a Skewer stick and some duct tape once to brace the branch and hold it up, and it flowered just fine. But if the branch is gone, I wouldn't worry about that either, as you'll probably see another pop up in that spot.
Of course the one I break ends up the F hah.

Don't worry bro, she should be just fine :) I've had to fix branches a few times before, and even if one comes off, which also happens, it's still OK. They can mend the damage, and continue on. You could top it if you like, but most likely you'll see another branch pop up there if she is still vegging. I've had branches snap a few times in my day, but not any real issues from it.

Yeah I've snapped off plenty of branches in my day. I literally fell into one of my tents while trying to slowly reach plants in the back lol. I snapped quite a few branches that time. Everything was fine though. Just keep them in veg until it heals. You're all good

You know I once had a Blue Cheese clone outside that got knocked over, pot and all, on the ground during a storm. I went outside after the lightning wasn't as bad, and I see the clone laying there on the ground full of buds, and not ONE branch was snapped off LOL. I will say that much about Blue Cheese; those branches are like Fiberglass with the flexibility haha.

I could technically keep them in veg for as long as I want to grow them out couldn't I ? Other than not leaving them enough 'stretch room'. If those did not stretch a lot could I put nets on the sides of the tent? Phenohunters needs a discord server.

Yeah, if you can keep the light cycle going, you can keep them running as long as you like. But yeah, eventually, you'd need to either keep it cut down to fit, or flower them out.

There's very minimal stretch in them. You could veg them out for a while if you choose to.

Well if it turns out 1 female I'm thinking transfer to a 5g and train it out much as I can
Yep you could transplant it into some bigger shoes when it's ready and keep tying down the branches and topping it. I like to let them grow atleast 3 nodes after my last topping before I flip. She grows real dense and chunky so make sure you maintain some moving air in the tent. She'll be one big, stanky and frosty mama!

I did a flush as I was worried about nutrient burn from the potting mix I had to buy when I started as no stores had anything since it was out of season. I underestimated the amount of water I would need. TDS ranged from 1100 to 900 coming out at start. I did not have enough pure water to get them down to 0. After a healthy watering they have really grown over 1.5 light cycle however now I'm getting issues on leaves. I did see a random spot before but nothing like this. 1000009369.jpg 1000009367.jpg 1000009365.jpg

Hmmm it's always tough to say because there's a bunch of possibilities. My guess would be overwatering or PH. What kind of soil and nutes are you using? Any chance you can check the PH in your soil? (PH meter or slurry test)

My starting mix wasn't optimal as I had little choice in big box stores out of season. I began with a busted bag of Promix Organic Ultimate, some worm castings, and a bit of organic 4-4-4, which I only used sparingly in one pot near the bottom. When I realized I wouldn't have enough to fill all the 3-gallon pots, I bought some coco coir bricks (one from AC Infinity and another I don't recall). When the plants were ready for the 3-gallon bags, I laid the bottom with some coir, then added worm castings, placed my 3D printed waterer on top, and filled the rest with the mix of bag soil, coir, and some more worm castings.

I haven't used any additional nutrients other than the aquarium water, which ranges from 200-300 TDS depending on the tank. I've been adjusting the pH to 5.8-6.1. I bought some Cal-Mag Plus and a 3-part Floracal for after flushing the fertilizer out of the soil, but I couldn't finish the flush due to a lack of enough RO water.

Plant 3, the smallest one that started later, has shown significant growth after the recent flushing and is now nearly the size of the other two plants in just this light cycle. I ran ten gallons through Plant 3, and it had the highest tds runnoff. After 10g it was was still at 530 ppm (from 900). The known female plant didn't get a full flush but received some clean water.

The second plant received ten gallons of flush water, reducing the runoff ppm from 890 and was still in 500's at the end. I think it might take around 18-20 gallons per plant if not more. The pH going in is measured at every feeding, typically ranging between 5.8 and 6.1. During the two flushes, the pH coming out was 5.9 and 6.2.

I have an old soil pH tester from my vegetable garden days that I'll use to check the soil pH today.

Since your using organic dry amendments, I'm not sure how effective flushing them will be. Im not sure about this idea since I don't grow in coco but did you wash the coco first before adding it? I remember reading somewhere that coco needs to be washed or it could cause issues. Also, your optimal PH is 6.5 with a living soil. I wonder if it's low. Google how to do a slurry test and see what it's at. Im not 100% but I would guess it's an over watering issue, PH is off or both.

Looking for some advice. While I have outdoor vegetable and flower gardening experience I'm getting itchy to do my first attempt at herb in a small infinity tent. I typically like organic over chemical & I have a few aquariums with varying levels of nitrates & organics that I thought would be good mixed with rain water. Flowers and vegetables love it. I just have to drop the ph. I've done all types of soil mixes over the years, vermicomposting etc.

Being a first grow, new to indoor, and the insane amount of tech in this tent I'm looking for 'entry level' strain(s) suggestions while I learn. I would assume autoflowering seeds & I'm partial to sativa or heavy sativa hybrids that are great for clarity/work. There are so many strains these days it's stupidly overwhelming. If anyone has any suggestions on strain(s) / brand(s) would be appreciated.
I’m new too difference is I don’t even have outdoor experience I’m waiting on my vivosun grow tent in the mail as we speak. Have you tried structured water? Or any orgone or copper coils for results or ormus minerals? I’m a try all the techniques even sonic bloom frequencies for plant growth in music.
