GREAT AMERICAN AUTO RACE by Twenty20

Sad to report that the Trizzler seedling is on the verge of kicking the bucket... but the Triskit is doing just fine. TBF the Trizzler started looking weak-stemmed a week or so back, which had me worried, but was seemingly getting better before taking a turn for the worse. I'll try to do a post-mortem. Might've been the huge amount of rain we got a few weeks back.

Greetings fellow pheno hunters! Time for the Twenty20 Trizkit update. Both being grown from the start outdoors in 5gal bags filled with Happy Frog.

It's been warming up here in the low desert. Last week was consistently 102F, with some pretty intense sun. Lower, older leaves are yellowing and turning brown on the edges. Plants are healthy, and no drooping or signs of stress when arriving home mid-afternoon.

Hope everyone's Great American Auto Race plants are doing good. I'm ready to pop some more seeds, but have promised a coworker with the same beans that I'll start with him when he gets back from vacation in late June. Just to be able to type that, shows how times are changing!!!

Trizzler was gone this morning, took a look in the grow bag... looks like the roots never grew out of the cup into the planter below. I presume the Triskit successfully rooted out beyond the cup into its bag. Will take a look when that one is done. I really need a heated veg space for spring starts.

Interesting forecast of things to come for us Autoflower geeks. This is from the back page of the Twenty20 Spring catalog.
I just saw this as pdf catalogue this morning..lolz . So exciting! Recently been more curious about the cbd richer strains too, and there is plenty coming it seems! (some peeps I know canΒ΄t handle regular strenght weed well, trying to research if 1:1 strains fit the bill..)

Too cool. I'm with you, in having an expanding curiosity about these CBD varieties. Read Twenty20 Adam post somewhere about how fantastic a smoke the Vidamints is, and that people are really missing out by avoiding these CBD rich selections.

Looking forward bro seeing what you decide to run later this year @Dank Farrik !!!

Finally got mine outside last week, just after the last frost.
2 Trizzlers in a 150 gallon fabric pot, covered with enough mulch to prevent anything else from growing.

Also have two Trizkits in 10 gallon pots. Organic soil.
I really want to see how these larger fabric pots perform. Will be watching for sure!

Here's my father in law's outdoor Triks before it leaves the tent and makes it's way to his tomato garden tomorrow. He's so excited to grow something finally. He has the spot all ready and I have a nice little kit with everything he needs to sustain him through the summer. I hope it grows into a monster like that 9oz triks from the other site. Wish him luck. I think it's safe to say she's off to a good start. Hopefully being very careful and some great white will keep her from transplant shock. I'll make sure to grab pictures every week and update here with his progress. 20210608_183631.jpg 20210608_183616.jpg
