And on a side note I'm really disappointed in the socal offerings, got some Kashmir kush tested at 30% and wow, shitty trim job, not very terpy at all and to top it off it was 60 fuckin dollars an eighth and was no better than my homegrown, major confidence booster ???

I feel ya on that one too. I used to go down to San Diego fairly often and had various selections I tried from the dispo's there. There was alot of good weed, but nothing that blew my mind. Thats usually what happens with commercialization though, often times quantity over quality.
Imho most of the stuff I've grown has been of similar and or better than I can buy, barring the bag appeal lol, and I'm not even that great of a grower. That and I have way more fun growing it than I do buying it, and the side benefit I know whats in, and on my weed.

After visiting Colorado a few years back and buying a few grams of a couple different "top tier"strains I came home feeling the same way lol. Before I left the "legal smoke spot" I gave the remaining few grams to some dude that was in there puffin by himself.

Seems that its all about bag appeal and THC numbers, not the actual quality of the weed at alot of the dispo's here. There are exceptions to that though, every once in awhile I go by the store, typically when out of state friends visit, and grab something to check out while I'm there. A few times finding something that I particularly like and decide to hunt down seed to grow my own. lol.

Only thing that's been bothering me lately is the dam dirty floors lol being my first go at soil the dirt level in the room has obviously risen and I swiffer the floors and walls with physan bi weekly, still ph ing my water down to 6.8 and that's all I've really been doing other than adding a dash of recharge every other watering and kelp/fulvic/humic on the in betweens, so far so good but the crucial time is coming up these next 2 weeks glad I'll be back on wed to make sure shit is right, I've had my mom's holding down the fort while I'm gone ???, really really excited to get my plurples into the big room still rolling with that beginner's luck at 14 of 16 being gals, bodes well for the few that got a pack ???

It was amazing, had to get some farmer boys as well, probably gained a few pounds in the past week, can't fuckin wait to see the garden ??? 10 days is an eternity to be away in my mind they're gonna look crazy as I'm used to seeing em every day, even then growth is obvious so I'm stoked to see the jungle

Well vacay is over, the grass is mowed, dogs are loved on and I'm glad to be back in my turtle shell lol cali definitely reminded me why I moved out of there ??? foods good, everything else is meh
Only been in the garden once and took a few snaps, the news is looking good lol ladies are a bit hungry but rocking along nicely at about day 31 ish, and the cherry on top the plurple kush is turning purple as hoped for, mean ass stretch and an OG type structure on her but the nose is all sweet and fruity so I'm am 100% stoked atm would seem that my goals for the project are being met daily ???, the other 13 ladies are currently about 15 days into flower in baby pots all in a 4x4 so I can get a better idea for their expressions, looked like about half were taking on color and half were "normal" looking, I'll get pics of everyone tonight, yesterday was blow shit up and mow 4 acres day ??????

Should add that the plurple kush in the above pics is at day 14 of 11 13 lighting I popped her and a PCK lady from my seed stock into the flower room the night before I left, this was them on 6-15, right before getting a top dress and defol, plurple on the left PCK on the right, I just pulled the top on the PCK over and let em rock

I smashed 3 of those 3x3 animal style in the past couple weeks. Nothing else like it. 5 guys can’t even hold a candle IMO. Glad you got to enjoy them while you were out in the West Coast. Good stuff mang ?

Well fuck !!!! Worst case scenario has played out, apparently we had some brutal rain while I was on vacay, went in the room today to work and noticed a ton of browning pistols, it would appear that the lady I've been calling quadraped germed really hard, found multiple nanners in her this evening, no pollination is going down this go as everything in the room has been hit with herm pollen ?????, gonna have to reimburse deebs for the beans apparently my power went out 3 times in my absence while on vacay, fucking seriously bummed out atm

Fuck that's shitty man! One of many reasons, aside from watering alone (as I still hand water after all these years), I can't stand to be away from my grow for more than 2-3 days tops. When I do know I'm gonna be gone for a few days I just water super heavily the night before and then right before I leave and hope for the best and it's worked out so far, lol.

But man this sucks so bad...I know you had big plans for this grow. I'm bummed for you... that's gotta be some seriously gut wrenching shit to come home to! Hopefully you'll at least get to pull something worth smoking come harvest time?

It was the quadraped lady lol odd since birth I really liked her too was getting to the stacking stage, teach me to go on vacation ??? all good I've got some orange fire coming up next, courtesy of mr Amos and inferno mike, then o tr s gonna be something like Dinoberrybites and some Humboldt seed co GSC if I find a keeper in the cookies I'll hit her to a DBB gal I know that shit is fire lol I'd love some blackberry cookies ???, and not a cookie fad chaser if I may say so myself, but i do remember a cookie back in the day that smelled and tasted like a vanilla sugar cookie, fingers crossed I find one in the 10 pack o have they are fems so chances are pretty good in my eyes
