Has anyone used the ebb and flow system to grow cannabis?

just a observation and a 2nd view ( no expert on this, just prev experience )
almost 15 years ago the first non soil , “hydro” system was ebb and flow, and I can def tell you it works and is easy. I was such a sloppy and dirty grower than and not understanding a lot of water treatment and also cleanliness and maintenance. I am def suprised for over a year I did only that for flower room I never had a plant die or do that bad. i used coco or grodan cubes
the brand I got was titan but u def can diy or many brands out there, like I said it worked for me when I didn’t know so much I do now about why hydro isn’t for everyone, well Inless I was lucky ebb and flow is preety damn easy
