Here's a new take on my graham cracker crust fruit bars.
I love my fruit bars but, the graham c crust sometimes gets dislodged from the fruit topping.
Lazy man wins! I just made a new batch, but instead of making a graham cracker crust on the bottom, I added an extra cup of GCC and mixed all the ingredients together. The final step is to bake them in a parchment lined baking pan. It is brownie like in consistency and no more missing crust!
