when you cross Ruderalis to a photo.

I still have at least one of these beans. Future ambitions to pollenize her with a Tangiematic x Genesis (AutoxAuto) that I recently made.

Beldia is signed on for that ride as well. I stressed the living hell outta those plants. Male flowered under 24/7 light, female stayed true photo.
I gone-did brought her back from the dead.

This was all the green left on her

Here she is, today,
at 19 weeks.
[Sidebar- this was also my first go at water only soil. I am still giving 5mls of Citric acid per litre (of 180 ppm) tap water]

,,Welcome to Southern Alberta
New Morocco M.F. 'r

In other news,
Had the temps dialed in tight, for the last few days.
2 x 400 MH.
Leaf temps 23-27°C
Rectal temps 23 C
Struck a fine chord. Growth is explosive. New tips are a little twisty, I think that may be the wide vpd.

Most of the older stuff is up to seven nodes. I reallyreallyreally, for-real suck at sexing plants early.
Be that as it may, I think a saw a male BlackRomulan in there. ?

This is a canopy-level, close up of the left side.

That is the lanky MkUltra in the rear left.
You can make out the topped-triple JTRxR rear right.

PhatAzz Cider Kush sits low between the two.

Foreground left is my spectacular JTRxRespect.
I am completely twitterpated with that thing.

Dunno what is bombing the right fore ground.
Not so hard to look at though

Blue team , GO !

Discovered this morning, nursery wont go more than 24 hours without hurting for drink. Everyone looks okay, however,
I may have failed the blue tag'd Zamal 48 hrs.

They are right in that sweet spot. I a a firm believer in the importance of a thorough wet followed by a good drying. Soggy plants just sag. They pray on the daily, when they are moving toward dry.
Everything should be up-pail'd to gallons in the next couple days.
I like the brinkmanship, and I truly believe it is healthy; trouble is - I am just not that good at it. I miss watering, I miss a plant,,, Things go to hell pretty quick.

The Zamaldelish already recovered, although I would bet those bottom leaves come up yellow.

Thanks, Chiefer. ?
Things are forming up nicely for the big show.

Males appearing steadily.

As I spot them, I set them to the shadows for future consideration.

Confirmed males so far:
Black Romulan
Cider Kush
JTRxRespect
Mk Ultra
Charastar

Looking forward to spending some quality time in the garden.
Feels always rushed. Check the temperature, splash some water around, gtfo.

Some where in there lie the Zamal and the Zinger. I have tried them both before, but only got males. Once I get those sorted, it is off to the races.

Underground Chucker
Its a Tangie trait, shows up like clockwork in the sour tangies and my guess is it's the Tangie X Sour Strawberry
? Man that sounds tasty!

Ya I knew it had to be at least orange geared, if not tangie directly. That trait has become pretty common in most of the orange/tangie stuff I've had past experience with up to this point, including my WhippedOranges stock, and now currently with Jewels BloodSour LVTK, and I'm pretty sure idle is seeing it in some of my WOMAC beans he has going now...which is WhippedOranges x MAC V2 F2. It's a pretty neat looking trait and I can't recall being disappointed by any plant that's ever showed it...always in for a treat, from my experience anyway, when I see that?

All correct. On all counts.

That leaf is @THT SourStrwbTangie.
Six of those on the go.

Had that BloodOrange xTangie male, he saturated every cross I have grown out.
Soda, rind, juice , oil ,,, it is all in there to be discovered.
The only thing it didnt overpower was that LA Affie. Hard to describe.
Super mouthfeel.
,,,so got a half dozen of those going as well. ?

At long last, I got to put some time into the igloo !

Little man was sleeping, so I started with the tin.
The table saw will have to wait until later. I am NOT going to be the one to wake him up.

The lower bed is constructed essentially the same as the upper.

I had real problems on my last run with the irrigation water running off of the sides, and into Oblivion.
I needed a quick and easy way to deepen the beds.

I fastened the drip-edge tin to circumscribe the wire rack.
20211115_130113.jpg

I used the existing crimp to lodge a fat piece of flashing.
20211115_130838.jpg

I dropped out of Smithing school,,, so that is as pretty as it gets.

This will not only direct runoff, but also effectively double the volume of media, once filled.

Its almost party time.
