The SV-10 containers are looking like they're about ready to fruit. Gotta make a run to Texas, and don't want to be away from anything like that, so thinking of tossing them in the fridge till I get back.
The 5 bags of Shakti are now fully colonized. One break and shake approx 10 days ago, and everything filled in nicely after that. Did have one contam! First (but definitely not the last). I'm puzzled how it happened. Almost suspicious that the mold spores were already in the bag, but dormant due to lack of oxygen....but probably just me. The contam one feels hard, and fully colonized, thinking of maybe mixing it into a pile of yard debris in a cardboard box outside, and see if anything sprouts....

Update on the SV-10.
Did indeed toss the two containers of coco into the fridge for a week. Got back into town last week Tuesday, and started fruiting conditions.
Been misting and fanning multiple times a day. Both tubs are in a larger clear tote to keep that humidity contained.
Below is what things are looking like this morning, a week later as I headed out the door to work. Thinking maybe that veil on the larger fruit will have broken when I get home this afternoon.

Pro tip; Before you dehydrate them, cut the butts off. Nobody wants to eat coco/vermiculite, yet most of the shrooms I've gotten from others came with chunks of substrate.
If you don't want to waste the butts, you could make tea or just blend them with water and try to inoculate an outdoor bed. Just don't be the guy with vermiculite in his teeth

On the Sombrero run, I played around a bit, and thought that brushing off the substrate after drying worked better than when fresh. We'll see how this goes, but may have to cut it off on the next flush.
