One of the funniest people to ever live. I still remember watching the Bob Sagat roast when it came out and Norms bit was the most hilariously stupid, deadpan and ridiculous bit I had ever seen. The fact that none of his jokes were landing with the audience just made it so much better. Anytime no one laughed he just doubled down on the joke.
