What do you guys think? Is this lady being a "Karen" or are her complaints legitimate?

If you're paying the rent you should be able to smoke in your own apartment. I understand consideration of neighbors, like to pop open a window when you're blazing or using air freshner when you're done.

Ive lived ,smoked and grown in apartments before..You can't cover the smell completely no matter what ya do..My opinion is always mind your own business...If it's that bad move to the country..If someone is being as considerate as possible like I always have been and ppl still are upset well now those type of ppl will always find a reason to bitch about something regardless

I think the key to peace in apartment buildings or condo units is to mind your own business. I hate neighbors who run to the landlord to complain about things instead of talking to the person they may have an issue with. No one likes snitches.
But some people will be petty no matter what.

I got kicked out of an apartment in early 2000's for the smell of cannabis even though it was medical. I hate dealing with karens.

That's why I said the person with the problem should try to resolve it with the neighbor instead of running to the landlord. They're pretty much messing with someone's livelihood and jeopardizing the roof over your head. That's nothing to play around with, people have gotten hurt for less.

Not sure I've ever mentioned it here before, but I had a cop living below me for months before I found out one day when he came home in his sheriff's uniform and patrol car. I had plants going when I saw him pull up. I fucking freaked. Dude never said anything but hello to me. Scared the you know what outta me. When he moved on was a day of celebration for me.

This would be a legit complaint if it wasn't happening in a city that is QUITE LITERALLY BRIMMING with the smell of human detritus. 🙄

Shoot they don’t even have to have a policy for it really. they can def do it np and also make it he’ll otherwise

While true, there are few places like NY where people are stacked so tightly together, in 100+ yr old buildings in many cases.

So many laws arent logical , look how in my state if u get a medical or caregiver u can’t own a gun? Wtf when ur a caregiver u have to even have a clean record of a certain amount of time so why can’t I own a gun? Their reasons “ it’s federally illegal “

that’s so lame, so if u grow legally everyone gotta know u don’t even have any protection ? I know a few dudes that was only thing cops got em for was their guns and That is so lame cause every person I’ve heard busted by that didn’t even know it was illegal .

Well yeah, some people will eat ass off Tinder, but ask for a new fork in a restaurant when it drops on the floor. I do admit though; I've had ONE plant, actually make it hard for ME to sleep at night. ONCE. LOL.

It's odd how it's legal to give people cancer. I smoke cigarettes, and though I know "the time to quit" is coming up fast, I know it's gross.
