NY Residents Complain about weed stench

People need to realize there isn’t a state that allows and gives u right to smoke in any rented house, just like protection for a company of drug use, it’s their right to kick u out or fire u if their policy is no smoking or cannabis. Shoot they don’t even have to have a policy for it really. they can def do it np and also make it he’ll otherwise

i disagree they should be like that cause u can def smoke a cig outdoors and man those things are gross

I think it varies by state, things like not smoking or no pets allowed is covered when you sign the lease agreement.. If it's not in the agreement I don't think there's much a landlord can do.

LOL I know it's not what this is about, but.... I just can't help but think "man if these people lived by me..." I don't even own a filter. Imagine how much they'd bitch then ?

I don't even use a carbon scrubber, I vent the exhaust out the window. It's far away enough from people where they wouldn't get a whiff, plus these restaurants around here have the air always smelling like food lol.

LOL! Imagine running GMO and some kind of Cheese or Chemdog; you'd have people walking by like "Damn someone must have opened a Middle Eastern restaurant near here" hahaha.
