Electromiser trailed units from silvan pumps and sprayers here in Oz have been around since late 80,s maybe early 90,s. I certainly recall them in mid 90,s in full production . These were widespread use here, particularly in vineyard usage. I can't see why the theory wouldn't work on a smaller scale on say a knapsack sprayer. I see Petra has a handheld electromizer sprayer there now.
The premise is they can charge the particles so it sticks better to plants, vines, orchards etc
Are they saying their product will ruin its make up if it's positively charged? Temp range would be negligible.
Maybe it's cause it's 330 am here and I've been up with a crook kid. Maybe I need coffee. Maybe I need my head read (quite possible, many mates think im crazy)
Any particle size whether it be fogger, sprayer, broad acre sprayer etc has the ability to be electically charged.
That means less product through wastage.
Surely oils, foliar fertigation, etc are all in that realm. I thought a bloke as well versed with electrical work (I saw your light fabrication work) would be able to jerry rig a handheld sprayer to positively charge it on the cheap instead of paying a couple of hundred for those fellas to fix their dodgy switch. Tight arse aussie macgyver over here thinks you can do it mate.
