Yes it’s one of the many benefits of having a journal. The posts are time stamped (or at least day stamped) so it helps when going back to try and figure out what you were doing at that time. The only thing is since all .jpg and .png pic files are scrubbed of all exif data for security purposes, there will be no data such as camera type, location, etc just a plain pic.

being majority of people use the internet general security should be used. if you can find a verified secure VPN, no matter ur level of what your doing online. everyone deserves to not be spied on from many levels.

but I see many users on forums upload their video or picture but don't "submit" to the reply/thread and make it so the user has to click on it to look, if u want it that way. don't insert, but in order for everyone to see it at full size at the replky/thread click 1. attach files , step 2. click the picture or misc ur uploading , 3. click upload , 4. once you see w/e u uploaded on bottom of ur reply click "insert" , than click ether thumbnail or full image

just like any of these corp business for social media , they may support the traffic but if you are present your obvious illegal things and even if it is legal, terms of service def shows they don't support even leafs ... they give zero mercy and if asked by the government my guess they would give it up np but also can and do remove peoples material for cannabis all the time. this is why intill its in terms or obvious they do support cannabis and are not the issue if you do upload any material cannabis being removed or misc bad things I will never be part of any of that. Now if your selling a legal business or seeds and making sure to say no sales and all that I could see it as a great advertisement and connecting . as a cannabis grower or user, why invest ur time besides browsing there on business that not only can and doesn't support ur material .
they support ur hits, don't support it by law point ( whatcha expect , lawyers and corp lol)
everyone has their own views but I just see it as a con to contribute like if I wanted to do a grow journal? I don't wanna lose all my journals just cause one day they decide from a misc report or w/e that gets it to their spotlight.
if anything a smart businessman should make a legal "cannabis instagram/social network "in a country federally accepted for cannabis like Canada or misc and have the server their and allow cannabis like instagram to be posted and have it in terms everything but sales. I realize there is some out there, but do people use em as much? not impressed but does not mean it won't happen!

As far as social, canna-related everything has been deleted from Google +, from the beginnings of IG to Facebook. Nothing is safe and I wouldn't put too much love into it knowing at least someday it could vanish.
Facebook is the best place to start. Make a Brand page with an attached private group. That can be linked to a branded/business IG account.
I don't know what the rules over on reddit are but also consider making a branded subreddit. I'm not a brand or social expert, I just play one on TV.
As far as legality, I wouldn't worry about that unless you plan on dealing with places that require licensing. In fact i wouldn't bring that up ever again.

While Im passionate about extolling the benefits of cannabis and helping to link those in need with life changing meds, I do worry about exposure and mainly cyber surveillance (google keeps showing hydro related ads, im constantly turning my location services off and on and i dont trust the iphone13 that has eyes and ears and goes everywhere with me). I got some clones off Strainly, and the guy had some dope slaps and business cards, and that got me thinking ' I should do that and get a logo and slaps and start branding my buds' Im gonna look into facebook and reddit but ive never done any kind of social media cause i feared the locations and tagging and such
