Question Retrieve pics

If I use a journal for a pic dump and delete those pics from my phone can I retrieve them later from my journal?

Id like to start a brand to help lobby for cannabis laws and educate people on the benefits of medical cannabis. Im looking into getting involved in some field work for my state NORML chapter. While Im passionate about extolling the benefits of cannabis and helping to link those in need with life changing meds, I do worry about exposure and mainly cyber surveillance (google keeps showing hydro related ads, im constantly turning my location services off and on and i dont trust the iphone13 that has eyes and ears and goes everywhere with me). I got some clones off Strainly, and the guy had some dope slaps and business cards, and that got me thinking ' I should do that and get a logo and slaps and start branding my buds' Im gonna look into facebook and reddit but ive never done any kind of social media cause i feared the locations and tagging and such

Honestly, unless you are moving big weight, and your country executes for drug offense I wouldn't worry too much. At a minimum, use an end-to-end encrypted chat like signal to communicate. A vpn will get you serious mileage on an international level but locally, encryption and a burner phone are your best bet.
And unless someone has it out for you, no one really cares what you are doing.

I tossed my hat in the ring and created a "brand" page on Facebook and linked it with my IG

No clue what I'm doing but it's my name and at a minimum, I'd like to be able to prove prior art to any nimrod that tries to pull a swifty on me.
Plus it gives me the option of actually turning myself into a business, I guess?‍♀️

Are these the same little old ladies that complained when online purchases became subject to sales tax? Looks like it's time for those little old ladies to seek a new marketplace they can exploit until regulation arrives or pony up like any other business does.

it's all part of the game. And I'm not encouraging @gashouse to engage in illegal activity. That's on them and I'd expect that they would do their due diligence in avoiding detection. What I do encourage is civil disobedience and activism against unjust laws, corporatism, and religious fanaticism. If reporting income is unjust to you, then change the law or relocate to a place it doesn't apply.

Maybe we can reinstate debtors jail to fill the void created by ending marihuana prohibition.


One last thing I've been thinking about for a while now.

Everyone seems to accept this as a fact of life now if they even give it any thought at all.

Now here's where my logic is stumbling. The same general crowd that is screaming about muh fredums are the same ones actively thwarting the best defense against that intrusion of privacy right now, the mask. The Venn Diagram is a literal circle.

just like any of these corp business for social media , they may support the traffic but if you are present your obvious illegal things and even if it is legal, terms of service def shows they don't support even leafs ... they give zero mercy and if asked by the government my guess they would give it up np but also can and do remove peoples material for cannabis all the time. this is why intill its in terms or obvious they do support cannabis and are not the issue if you do upload any material cannabis being removed or misc bad things I will never be part of any of that. Now if your selling a legal business or seeds and making sure to say no sales and all that I could see it as a great advertisement and connecting . as a cannabis grower or user, why invest ur time besides browsing there on business that not only can and doesn't support ur material .

everyone has their own views but I just see it as a con to contribute like if I wanted to do a grow journal? I don't wanna lose all my journals just cause one day they decide from a misc report or w/e that gets it to their spotlight.

if anything a smart businessman should make a legal "cannabis instagram/social network "in a country federally accepted for cannabis like Canada or misc and have the server their and allow cannabis like instagram to be posted and have it in terms everything but sales. I realize there is some out there, but do people use em as much? not impressed but does not mean it won't happen!

TBH pH is the closest out there IMO, even amongst other cannabis forums. Unfortunately we don’t have app capability within this platform. It doesn’t have the look and feel of a quick IG story post but that’s not its intended purpose either. The true value with our site is the stellar community with engaging and meaningful content (not just showing off a bunch of all-show-no-go sparkly buds).
