You could slice them up into pieces, and fry them with an oil you like and add crushed black pepper, stone salt, and red pepper flakes, and then sprinkle with Parmigiano?Zuchs are popping up from the garden...eating them EVERY day...but how do i make a snack of it.

So my favorite way to eat them is just sliced with just some salt, pepper and olive oil then grilled. Theyre great cold this way. You can pickle them too actually. Im too lazy these days, but I have friends who do thisYou ever tried pickling them? Just thought about that but I'm not sure they pickle well.

Have a recipe!You could always make some ratatouille! It's easy enough and freezes super well once it's made.
