After dinner snack. Didn’t eat enough for dinner, appetite wasn’t there. Not even after a joint. Wtf? Then tried another strain and got munchies like a MF. Maybe strain related? Anyway 2 white bread sandwiches. One w oven roasted chicken breast w pepper jack one w Black Forest ham w Muenster all Walmart Great Value brand. Why TF is it so hard to pick out the slices without breaking em up? They fold em up like I gotta take out the whole chunk or smth to peel off? Don’t they know over half their customers are stoners tryna make a got damn sandwich after puffin a fat one? I mean I get that it’s probably some sorta production efficiency thing but come on give a stoner a break lol ? at least they got their cheese slices right, they have papers behind each slice for easy peeling. FWIW Costco got it right so get your shit together Walmart lol ?

I honestly would eat any gingersnap, but these are intensely gingery, and the chunks of crystalized ginger stuck in your teeth afterwards is a lingering reward!!
Took a look and was surprised they didn't rank too well on the Serious Eats Ginger Snaps Taste Test
Do have to admit to going through a ton of the Stauffer's brand that made #2 on the list as a kid
Sometimes would just fill a bowl with them, pour milk over and eat like cereal...

Secret ingredient: water ?
Soak and drain raisins before mixing maybe 20 mins, drain well, add to mix...your cookies will be so soft and chewy...just sayin ?

Oatmeal raisin cookies are the bane of my existence because no matter how many times i get burned I expect chocolate chips lol. Hate raisins in anything except GORP for some reason. Cookies look amazing though!

I'm the only one eating these as the other two here share your bane of raisins. If I make Choc Chip I put in 1/2 the amount called for as I prefer the cookie flavor more than the chocolate in them.
I specialize in these, homemade, hand cut & wrapped and to your mg's if infused to order ?

I’m not a raisin guy. I was buying the zero sugar choc chip cookies from the Walmart “bakery.” Then I got the oatmeal raisin and they were just good af. I totally replaced the choc chip w em. Never would’ve thought I’d replace choc chip cuz I love choc chip. Maybe my tastes are changing as I grow up lol ?

I'm just a cheap bastard so I'll make it at home if at all possible. Being somewhat Gluten free will quickly change your mind about store bought plus pricing is insane.
Took me over a year to find a good bread recipe that was edible.

I'm close. I don't really enjoy raisins. I do use the golden ones now instead of the old standard. I really like those in small amounts.
Whenever smth is labeled as “gluten free” or “carb balance” the prices are jacked up. It’s one of the side reasons why we grow our own whether weed or food. Cuz fuck all this
Ya what in the actual fuck is going on here? All kinda inflation. Ok so I was in line at Wally and the ppl in front of me paid w food stamps then busted out two $50 bills to pay for alcohol. Wtf?? I pay for their funds as do most all y’all but come on man I don’t mean to judge but what?? One of the reasons inflation is happening.
