the 2 x 2 for veg..i have to get that up off the floor. Wow cold floors murder seeds faster than a peat plug. I will adjust this and correct it this week.

Light Swap
#1...Timber 2VL in 3.5k (2 X 100 watt Vero cobs) I tool it out of a 20 x 36 tent and put it in bloom. Took a 240 watt Meiju 3k board with 660nm far reds and put it in the tent with the driver out of the tent so i can turn it up. I have 240 watts of cobs to fix and then that can go in bloom. Then i will do some more tinkering.

Day 28 exactly....Rock Island Rockets....looking FIERCE. I will keep my eyes on this one for a glorious photo of the month shot.

The tent beside it is now on the same timer blooming some Greenpoint Tester Fems (Dosido X Blue Dream, Animal Cookies X LVTK
These are in 3 gallon pots with coco perlite soil (33%each). This is where the meiju board is. I will crank it as much as i can to maintain 80 to 82F


Geeze that Chiquita....it is a boy. I put it outside to see how long it can go until it dies from the temps (I was going to cull it but hey maybe i can harvest pollen from the beast). Chiquta #2 is in bloom...it looks very different in leaf shape..heres hoping for a lady !!

The Giant Godstomper (25 litre pot) is really filling out. That tomato cage was a good idea. Its a girl !!

Im so old i forgot my bedtime cocktail....and now thats Metamucil with 2ml of tincture....tastes bad and it works. The OldG Nightcap.. i only Cosby myself.

But because i forgot up at 1:30....crampy and firing up doob 2 in a few... I usually smoke my 2 joints...before anyone smokes their 2 joints...and then i smoke 2 more...

I will ponder what to do about this cold floor tent situation....I have a couple of ideas i will ponder.

What is surviving and upcoming are...(vegging seedlings)

The reg to fem ration is going way reg....i need more practice sexing them and so many awesome strains come as regs.. i gots to know!

It cooled off A LOT here and theres good news and bad news...the good news is i can crank up 250 more watts to maintain 81F in bloom. The bad news is it stalls veg HARD....and its seedicide. I will fix it but i remember last winter having a bunch of issues.

Noting a sheet of 2 inch hard pink foam insulation wont fix...

And its times like these it isnt so crazy to have things full and pending....everything slowed down except for bloom...and when they hit bloom they go BOOM! Jacks 10 30 20 to the rescue...i pour that shit on everything.

So seed deaths i will say are all on me for the next long while...its times like these i think 6 regs at a time and 2 or 3 fems for variety.




Ok that was Gmoozy #2 harvested at day 65 and thats coming in hot....wonderfully delicious but so brutally attacked by the gnat that i would not reveg her. She leaned Adub and has that pine backnote with a hint of GMO funk...very very nice. I wont give any of this away because it is stupid strong but i have tolerance that makes that work just right.

I might have to run adub again...

I ate a 2 gram hunk of HellOween and it was like eating 10 gummies....well really like eating 10 gummies (400 to 500 mg of THC in 2 grams). Who cares what it tastes like...its good for you !

I was going to make candy but im just stocking up on decarbed material. And I have tincture.

I fixed the cold floor problem in the 2 x 2 tent (i had a couple of pieces of subfloor left). And i got a 2 x 2 tray for inside the tent.
Clones are dead as dead. The cloner water got too hot and fried everything so....i forgot i dont have room for them anyway i have too many seeds on the go. Seeds are now in houdinis box for 30 days until i grow my way to the other side.

Grabbed some extras to stock up for the rest of the year. I got 1 gallon of potassium silicate (Green Power Plant guard for 28.50 for 4 litres, best deal i could find) and more rooters !...lots more rooters for next month of course... More enzymes which have replaced peroxide in my reservoirs and so far its working great. It smells like nothing. I just add 10ml to every bottle of nutrient water i make and use it like normal... so far so good.

And 50ml in 5gallons of water is what i soak my used coco and soil perlite hydroton in to get the plant matter eaten off. I have 2 plants growing with it (soaked for 5 days...they say min 24 hours)...and they just started growing with no burning...i like it.

I found out my yield problem too....i dont have gnats i have thrips. Found them doing some sexing of plants in veg. They go the peroxide wash and everything in veg is getting safters bug soap. From now on all plants get a once weekly dunk watering for prevenetitive.

I also got a 50 pack of nemotodes and will start adding that to the pots too. We are going to murder them...and then my yields are going back to normal. Stupid bugs. And thats not overspray...or PM its thrip tracks...lol

i am going to do an epic clean up tomorrow too. I am on a mission

Day 60 Adub...2 weeks out.

Nothing is flying around anymore and i think that is a good sign.. fresh sticky traps arrive with the nemo toads warrior bugs (ribbit ribbit).


hard to believe there are a million of these things in that little bag but...unleash the army in every pot !!! i got a 50 pack.

When thrips are gone i am not getting them back. Wearing socks outside while smoking a blunt and then gardening is not the way to garden. I am adopting much cleaner grow practices to get rid of them forever. And i will brush off the dog before she goes in the garden...i bet she was smelling the bugs. She has a real keen sense of smell.

They hate that soap. Yesterday it was 1 part 3% peroxide to 4 parts water...water everything good and wet with that...today i hit them all with 2 dunks ground up and soaking in 5 gallons of water overnight.

Now i will go back to normal procedures for a week and then hit them with peroxide and dunks again.

You can tell its thrips when you blow it up to see trichs and you see their two beady little eyes looking as they munch.....and that spit trail i always thought was me splashing water or something....thrip hotel is over...pack your bags bitches free ride is OVER!

I was also able to spray everythijng i put in flower this week so i pulled them out and drenched them good with soap, and gave them the water treatment too. They were looking good but i am not taking any chances. Everything but last month of flower got sprayed good.

in 2 weeks they should be GONE. and they are not coming back ever.

The good news is we are treating it...Even better news i put 7 bigger plants in bloom this week...how did that happen???? well they are still very soap sprayable so they are all sprayed up too.

I took the planters out of the garden and shop vacced the crap out of EVERYTHING...fewer plants will be easier for things like this...if only i had control...ba ha ha

This tent is doing ok so far.



The bloom room is going to get back to big juicy buds.....fewer and bigger so i can get this sorted out easier. Smaller stuf in tents.

They really fubard up this purple dream...it is almost ready and that aint right... lol but it will become rosin for sure.

These little buggers are half the thickness of a dime full sized (.5mm)..You cant see them with your eyes but i found them sexing cannabis.

and they move FAST...like buzzsaws sucking the sap from your plants...causing slow and really small growth...geeze its so obvious and i think someone tried to tell me this a few months ago.

The 2 black beady eyes on the stalks and quick movement help you to know its thrips


They do damage on the leaves that looks like spit that dried...or a touch of PM in places...but kind of shiny.

Treatment is the same as gnats they are just a bit more resiliant.

They have a 30 day life cycle. You can kill the adults (the tiny black flies) but if you dont tackle the planter they just keep coming back.

Peroxide 4 parts water 1 part 3% to water your planters
Insectidle soap if not in bloom.
Mosquito Dunks (i now powder one into 12 gallons of coco for potting plants and will water them once a week with a solution from dunks).
And predator bugs...nematods are the easiest to find and use and i have a pack of 50 packs coming today. Never again !

I will let you know how it works out.

Now I am learning about thrips....so much knowledge....wish i never heard of ya....like an xwife you thrip bastards.

And dont wear socks out on the lawn walking around and then go into your room and garden...doah!!!!

The tent was actually a substitute. I ordered a 2 x 2 x 4 and they grabbed the wrong one or had no stock and sent me the 100 x 100 x120 cm (32 X 32 X 62 inches). The 62 inch is my height clearance in that room so it was providencal.
