It has been a minute.
Here's one of the last shots I took before harvesting the 2x4

Piffcoast PC3
The PC3 cut is not a very good cut at all and not even close to the elite quality of the true piff haze. While muted the smells are there for the most part but the flavor is not present at all. I am hoping something will show up in cure but I don't plan to keep this cut. Such a massive disappointment. That said Piffcoast offered to send some seeds of midnight mass (cuban black haze x harlem dreams) that should bring the flavors so one more lead to try out and props to piffcoast for the offer.

Legit the same sour I used to get in the northeast 15-20 years ago. such a gem of a plant. More of this in the hopper for a long time, a truly elite cut.

Great smoke, amazing bag appeal, flavors really came out in the cure. Ready to harvest at 60 days. Wife enjoys it. Hard to ask for more. A truly elite cut.

So the cuban black haze was sadly, not what I was looking for. The piffcoast PC3 cut sadly.. not a keeper. Tired of wasting time and limited space, that was the point of making the transition to clone only strains in my personal garden..

Purple Mountain Majesty is currently my favorite cut. The quality of the smoke is elite and stands above many elite clone only strains. She's slow in veg and stretches for about 2 weeks into flower 100-200% depending. Her frost covering isn't as good as modern elites but the buds are massive, the terps are loud, and the quality of the flavor packed into the smoke is beyond everything else in my garden. She's not much to look at yet.

I'll be posting about this in more detail soon, but wanted to share here first.
It may come as no surprise that @Senokai and I have been working on some projects collaboratively for a few years sending genetics back and fourth. He's grown out and shared a lot of my creations but he's also helped further refine them down the line and I've got to grow out some of the resulting selections as well. We hope to start making some of the collaborations available soon.

The focus is on bringing flavorful and unique strains with adequate testing that have proved to perform exceptionally in the 12/12 from seed environment. We'll be releasing mainly strains at F5 and beyond, shit that has laser-like consistency in the outcomes. Plus freebies of our less polished works.
