Maybe I shouldn't have but I chopped the top that was above the light.Been smelling this piece up. A little lime, pepper, and menthol. Has that cool sensation inside the nose. Really cool. I probably should have just left it lol.

You know it, I can never help myself, I try it all no matter how funny it looks. I used to get crazy stuff like that when I was just growing on bagseed and stuff my dad had been growing for years. Years and years ago now.

The other plants are out so it's easier to see these girls. I shall call them the towers of Mexico I would love to hit these girls with some pollen from a chunky fast flowering plant. I've got some 90s Afghan seeds and Lebanese seeds from the Real seed Company I'd love to pop soon. Looks like Ivgot some more tying up to do. Man, I don't know if I have the patience for these. I might throw in some Ethos autos just to fill out the space.

What a bummer. My favorite one can't handle too much stress I guess. She's popping out sacks on the tip top of multiple branches. She was my favorite too. Her sister is good so far. I will continue to grow both for the smoke though.

I started to but stopped. Yeah maybe so. I'll give them another shot. I really want to smoke them and I love how they smell. A little pine/lime and some menthol.

This is typical of Mexican sativa's, I'd be surprised if they didn't show a few bananas. I would pluck them and continue observing if any more form. If it's really bad it probably not worth saving, if it was just a few in early flower, then it might be safe.

I found the Mexican stuff will almost always throw a few 'banana' stamen. Same with Thai, though this is an "indoor" related attribute, outdoor in the ground they don't seem to show the same levels of stress.

It's usually something like Fox farms "Ocean forest" soil that tends to doo it. It can release to much nutrients if iverwatered. Mexican sativa's should receive only the amount they drink in a day, they prefer lighter, drier conditions in soil and can survive drought really well.

You are sopt on lol. They are in fox farm ocean forest with a little super soil in the bottom. They definitely don't droop when the soil is dry as a dessert like other plants do. I think it was too much though. They started foxtailing hard when I threw in another light for my other plants. It ramped up the heat in the tent and the flowers with the most light went nuts but the branches on the back side lower down look of the plant look really good for the most part as far as the foxtailing goes. A lot of lessons learned this go around with these.

I had some early ones on the tops of the buds just like these on my last grow. From light stress I believe, because I backed off on intensity picked them off and they never came back. This could be a whole nother beast here though.

Sorry guys. I chopped and tossed. Ill run her some other time. I've got so much else I want to do I don't know where to start. I just didn't want to deal with that many naners. Plus she was never going to stop flowering lol. On to the next.

The only way to tell if the soil was dry was to lift the pot of dig your finger in it because the plants didn't wilt at all.
