I use .6ml centrifuge containers (they hold roughly 50 seeds) with cheap dollar store labels and film containers for larger amounts. I keep them in a large lockable cash box all purchased on Amazon. I keep the boxes in my deep freezer. I quickly remove whatever seeds im soaking a day before. Never had any problems.

I put my packs right into a blue plastic coffee can and the cans go into the deep freezer. I think there's 5 full cans out there right now lol collecting is a sickness.....

This is just my “Phenohunter.org breeders” vault. A pelican case and a mason jar in the deep freezer! I have a Pelican case that is probably three times this size full of other breeders gear. That one needs to go in the freezer as well

I've been wondering about this myself lately. Guess I'll be going with a jar in the fridge to get started.

I may use a Masson Jar and place that in my retired Beer Fridge, I keep the Whiskey upstairs close by in the Freezer.

I like being able to quickly access and find what I need so I can re-seal and refridgerate without condensation or anything, and not having to take out everything. So I got a few tupperwares with rubber gaskets, that has two of these smaller trays inside. I microwave a 1 gram silica bead pack ahead of time and let it cool if i'm going to crack one open, and swap out the silica pack when I do. Usually there's a few grams of seeds total per tupperware, each vial gets silica beads depending on age/shell conditions ....if they are fresh I do 1:1 by weight silica beads. I've always wanted some pelican cases though they are the best!! I do like really squat mason jars that are easy to get into not too deep, for those blood plasma vials and packs I haven't put into amber glass vials. I used to only use mason jars, I would put my centrifuge vials in, take out any gear for projects up to 6 months out and put in a different jar, and use the vaccum seal lids they sell. So if I'm not using amber glass vials, I'll use mason jars.
Vaccum chamber would be cool for longterm seedstocks I wouldn't access for years. Had a dream I was using a refridgerated laminar flow hood for seed storage and access, had a good chuckle.

That is precisely what I use! I drop a little rice in the tubes, register what's in there in my ledger and then into a 2 gallon mylar bag, and seal it up. Now they'll go in the deep freezer.
After trying to resurrect other peoples poorly stored beans, I make it a point, to store mine as good as possible. It's an investment, after all!

I wanted to mention that inside the tubes, I place my beans, which are in centrifuge tubes with a bit of rice. The tubes in that kit will hold roughly 100-150 beans. Usually, the centrifuge tubes I put in there, only hold 25-40 beans. But most beans I've acquired come in tubes of 10-13 seeds, and they get put into the kit, tube along with a cotton ball to keep things from moving around.
I broke down a couple months ago and purchased a 5-cu ft dep freezer for all my canna goods. Beans down deep and then my oils and vacuum sealed herb. There's a corner for hash and one for my cobb cures. The balance holds all my various edible configurations! Maybe I should have got the larger unit.
