Man I'm EXTREMELY happy with these two plants.. Heavenly terps and heavy rock hard buds..They still have some swelling to do..Have backups of both..Think I'm going to chuck a special (different males) to both of em then tie em back together..down the road.. Thinking maybe a dancing lime male to one and a Vertex Vixen male (Chem 4 x Mandala 8 miles high) to the other...Spectacular plants Bob!

The 8 miles high was a strain I kept in house probably longer than any other strain to date.. Big yields and very frosty...Long tall spear shaped buds. Long fingered sativa looking leaf but short finish times..Mike never really said but I assume it's heavily related in the realm of a African sativa...The Pheno I kept for many years had a minty charcoal lighter fluid smell that was very pleasant..Long lasting Soaring up buzz..I used it for years to counter the indicrap buzz ide get from sampling different strains I never cared for..The Chem 4 male I used to make the Vertex Vixen was from Swerves stock (Cali Connection) ..Lil heavier on the buzz but very euphoric with zero desire to hit the couch..Over the winter I hunted every seed I was able to get pop..Did some hardcore culling...Kept the best two females and one male..One of those females is a dead ringer for my old 8 pheno and the other had some nose stinging terps I've never encountered before...Best thing I can come up with is some type of cough syrup mixed with gasoline and old school mens cologne very loud and eye opening WTF type of smell.. That male has a real stank stem rub and stacks growth from top to bottom...Not much of stem to even run...Node space..Nahhhhh.. real thin sativa leaf look to him..Once the reveg on these vertex vixen is complete I'll grab cuts and make f2 I'll chuck and probably retire working that strain...Just something that's always been with me..Kind of a HBZ flagship strain..The 8 mile I used to even make the VV is f3 or f4 can't remember..The Chem 4 the same f3 I think...I'll pass some seeds all over once I rehunt f2 and do a final chuck..Want to make sure I focus and lock on the old 8 MH that I think everyone would love..I have some Vertex Vixen on the home stretch of plants I decided not to move forward with..All very nice plants however..I'll snap some pics when I get a chance..You'll see right away what I mean by African sativa looking plants

Do you have any Older Satori stock? I first ran 8 mile around 2010 ish and that's the same stock as my Vertex Vixen...I reordered 8 mile in 23..Not even in the same realm of stock in my opinion.. I ran some and didn't keep a single plant. I recently ran the last I had from the 23 stock and they was huge yield but nothing like the old stock..Again didnt consider keeping anything...It's just not worth it to me to chuck and hope..To some ppl i could see them plants just blowing there mind with how fat and stacked they get but these days I'm only really looking for certain things and they wasn't it..Always been a huge fan of Mandala...Always super vigorous and most importantly off the beaten path of strains...Those guys are pros over there..Keeping it real for years and could give two shits about hype....I would trade anything I got for some old Satori stock

it was the recent fem release of Satori. The one I tried yielded well with a great high but hermed on me and the terps where not my style
