I just started reading through this list, and so far I'm pretty happy with the first one mentioned

Anyone agree or disagree ? If you wanted to make a list of the most smelly strains you have ever encountered, what would be on your list and why ?

Ran across a few stinky ones...But a few that stand out in memory.Cat piss plant my mom grew about 12 years ago..Straight dirty litter box! Ammonia so loud you couldn't hold it to your nose... Soaring intense Sativa! Another I know nothing about except that my step brother grew it and he almost demanded I take a cut because it was so foul. AND IT WAS..It was called moose knuckle .One of the only foul strains I didn't LOVE..Busting a bud up smelled intensely like REAL actual hot dogshit..Taste even worse..And I'm certain the smelliest strain I've grown to date I just chopped..Open the tent and that warm air carried that smells right up your nose..Pheno 4 of fritter lickers..Straight house wrecker...Have it hanging drying in the bathroom with the vent on and door shut..Intense, and hard to nail down the funk... Rotting fruit a lil past rotting stage..Rubber...dank! Smells like a gem? Just one of those that sticks to everything...Dried off with a towel hanging in the bathroom and was WTF..Now I smell like this fucking plant?

My dad got a cut of PNW Dogshit at a NORML meeting about 15 yrs back. He had no filtration. Even in veg. it made people check their shoes. Why? Just why? Was nasty.

It absolutely stays...My wife works in health care and has been "warned" she smells like straight pot...that's only happened since hanging this plant..brand new filters don't completely contain it... doesn't matter ...soon as ya open the tent it creeps thru the whole house like a cloud of death..I remember the day I got the cut...Wasn't even inside the house yet of @BigByrd’s Sticky Sprouts and was like damn man what's he got going in here..He can vouch..this pheno is NO JOKE

gas bubbles straight up smell like cat piss/urea after cured, shoot I let a few people smell it and they were all “ wtf” lol
the other 2 pheno’s were creamy and nothing like the #3, straight up fruity in the booty urine smell lol , burns ya nose

Got some of this via these guys. I think I rambled on somewhere else about a jacket that was hanging in the room while I was trimming and got complaints at a job site.
Stuff fucked my sense of smell up for a good 6 months.
Collie Man Kush is the stinkiest thing I've ever grown besides the GG4, and I mention in "Maybe beating a dead horse" that a guy I worked with had something he called "the loud"... probably maybe the stinkiest weed I've ever smelled both before burn but definitely after.

This GG4 was way stinkier than any of the GG4 I grew from Darkheart.

Not gonna lie, those are a few strains I keep looking at because every time someone describes the smell they get, I'm like "Oh man I'd probably LOVE that!". That Donny keeps coming up on my Radar too, and from what I've been hearing, it'd be a good candidate too. GMO is one of my favorites, and that odd Garlic Butter Onions getting cooked funk is so SO nice

Gas Bubbles sounds like one I need to take a look at too! I have had the Cat Piss before and it was so good!

I don't know very much about the Collie Man Kush but that sounds like a winner! I'm a little surprised by GG4, as I've had that so many times but never really had one actually stink before. Tells me either the same pheno has been floating around Michigan for a REALLY long time, or it was overly dry maybe. I may have to look into that too; I've actually got a GG4 from TonyGreen's and the Father in Law LOVES GG4 so I'd planned o finding a female for him to clone, but if it has some "stank" on it I may need one too LOL.

I do have some of Schwaggy's stuff too finally, which, I'm REALLY excited to look at! I know he's got some experience in "the dank" and I'm looking forward to finally trying one of his out

Skunkhouse has a lot of dank actually. Even his fruity stuff all has that delicious funk mixed in enough to make me love it. Modified Bananas, Donny Burger and Triple Burger are all imho absolute fire!

Chem -D although I lost her long ago I still have very fond memories and hope to have her back one day soon.
As for Schwaggy…. He brings that real fire funk! I would gladly throw anything from him down without question as his knowledge and talent when it comes to breeding /selecting etc. is absolutely unreal! I’ve said for many years I believe he’s one of the most slept on breeders in the industry, especially when it comes to that straight dank! no joke.

See that is why I'm willing to run my bag seed Chem D and GMO; I love those two so much I don't care if I get a few bananas LOL. Man I REALLY need to find some Donny Burger to try out haha.

You're the second person today to bring that thousand oaks to my attention.... I read a description and they're talking about something that sounds pretty nice.

Motor Breath and Grease Monkey are both capable of producing some interesting smells, though this past run of Grease Monkey seems to have gone all citrus and blue dawn dish soap... I'll see how I feel about this after sampling LOL.

Chem D is one of my all time favorites; Normally I get a burnt rubber smell that begins to shift into almost smelling like nothing, but once it's cured, it's like lemon cleaning product with.... milk... LOL. This season though I got my tooth decay pheno finally! She produces so good too, and is one of those strains that every time I bust it up, it looks like I have sand all over my tray from trichomes being everywhere on this one.

GMO is pretty interesting; The seeds came from one that legit smelled mainly like garlic and onions, but then once busted up had a soil / mushroom smell. So far in the curing process, it went from straight garlic during veg, to garlic butter and cooked onions, and last I checked, it had that raw bloody beef that isn't quite fresh anymore scent..... now THAT is a new one for me personally and I've been on that so fast... Grind up a quarter or so at a time of her.

I do have to mention that Fiona's Chem Cake, is fully capable of some proper spice! I got two phenos this past season, and the #1, which turned almost black, smells not unlike horseradish / fake wasabi and pepper and.....GAS.

Susie Cream Cheese is also fully capable of interesting aromas; She started out where you'd smell Strawberry candy, then a Limburger like aroma, and then, as she flowered out, the Limburger came back in, but settled into Mozzarella Cheese. She has recently changed a bit with a new floral note, but I'm still not over being sick so it's hard to describe it right now.

I think the most "wtf" aroma was the mystery Blue Cheese cross. I named it Psychobilly Cheese because I thought it was funny, though it's also easier to write than an entire strain name, an X, and then a mystery every time I put some away, but that's probably the most pungent of them all so far at least; Proper cat pee / urine, and skunky. Hint of maybe spoiled blueberry yogurt?

I've asked Schwaggy about this before, and he said the most "foul" things he's smelled were done by him on purpose, and, I'm not sure what they were but maybe if I nag him he can release one of those LOL. He did say old Afghani lines are a good place to look, and I agree. He also mentioned that if it smelled like berries, to look elsewhere, as I know that is possible in those lines too.

I’m hoping the motorbreath is dank fire! I have some going now, also hoping to throw some Schwaggy gear down REAL SOON! I love Afghani lines, I’ve explored a few, I really want to dig into some maruf black if I can score a pack . There’s every terp you can think of and some you can’t in those old affies imo. My next few runs are going to be all about the dank, the funk, the gas and trying to reobtain old long lost favourites to rebuild my stable again basically from scratch.

It's a cut from Joesy via GLG[see receipt]. It's up to them to verify the authenticity. I watched the thread unfold on ICM for a couple years before it showed up in the wild here. Pretty sure I grabbed it from Harborside. Anyway, I tracked down medicinal organics and questioned him re: the authenticity and he sent me the receipt.


Side note: I was driving a coworker to work with me every night and on the drive there I burn a 110. Shit would knock us back. Rumors of no ceiling seemed true. Anyway, we're cruising down the freeway and this car getting on, shoots across the cloverleaf and straight across the freeway taking out two cars on the way.
Homie freaks out when he sees the cars spinning out in front of us, white knuckling the oh shit bar and dash. I needle through the wreckage and pull over behind a third car on the inside shoulder that was hit by one of the earlier pinballs.

I get out to see if the driver is ok and she immediately exits the vehicle and tosses an infant in my arms and starts making phone calls.
My homie is still freaking out and getting extremely close to vehicles whizzing by trying to avoid the carnage behind us.

That GG4 held strong the whole time.

Absolutely nasty burns your eyes a little when your around it to much . Now I’ve got it in here with these Cheetah piss from Rosinallday.. Sheeesh I can’t get enough filters !!
