I been dabbing on this since pressing Monday. Alot of time darker rosin is due to older material, pressed at higher temps, though here it is due to more amber trichomes, and temp was 200. So don't always judge a book by the cover!

You got the air pump model, very cool. I have the 6 ton Dabpress, it is awesome but would have loved having that pressure gauge.
Ya I feel it was worth it! How do you like like 6 ton I have a buddy looking at it, he thinks 10 is too much lol

I am really more of a hash fan than the rosin but a quick press is a great way to test a plant, with hash I want it cured first. For my usage the 6 ton is perfect, heavy & solid, I would love the pressure gauge but I hardly ever even press with a bag, mainly just doing 1.5-2 gram test presses. I am using it more & more since I am just hanging around.
One of my friends kept coming over to use the press, he finally just ordered his own, even got it on Amazon & they had a coupon for it.
For personal use I think the 6 ton is awesome.

Yes. I just tried making carts using Wax liquidizer and a gram of beautiful purple Betty rosin. Wasted that whole gram...
Filled carts, looked clean af, then tried hitting it. First toke nada. 2nd barely anything. Final get a rip but no kick.
So I do more research. You got to winterize ie remove fats impurities etc. So basically you should just make distillate!
So instead of carts I bought a Sai atomizer for rosin rips!
Side note, anyone know where to score distillate at a good price?

Nice @thenotsoesoteric ! Some nice looking squishes, great color and consistency. That tool looks like it make collection a breeze! I ordered one..says it was shipped ..still waiting..
Ya I found the same also..I didnt use the liquidizer stuff, but natural terpenes..the mesh coil in my ecig didnt last long

Be careful with those liqiuizers bud. I messed with that stuff a year or so back. They won't list ingredients and then a lot of people have had lung issues. Just word to the wise. I still have jars of it lol. More what I'm looking for is the tech for a pure rosin cart, no fats/lipids but straight rosin. People have it figured out but don't give out there info easy lol.

I didnt realize it was garbage because several youtube videos recommended it. Then I read up on reddit it is basically mild anti freeze! Wtf!!!
1g/1m-5ml natural terps
This was a 1g/4ml ratio..for the price of the terps and how it performed..I'll stick with the peak....I'll get it worked out but getting it through a 22u syringe filter was impossible for me, think I blew $100 in terps on 3 tries...all in the name of experimentation!

What that unit called? I've been wanting the rosin carts so bad that I was looking for those recently because I know you drop straight resin in and hit it. There was a thread a couple years back about those. I need portable, tired of dragging the pipe, weed, extract, tools, etc everywhere I go lol.

You lost me dude. I'm not all that hip to the vaping stuff. All I know is I don't like the pens with the coils lol
