Does anyone have any suggestions on some solid genetics I can find some decent keepers in? This is probably worthy of a separate thread but I'll ask here as well.

I read his responses to you on OG....good lord, I am somewhat amazed by what I read. My take from that is that you are expected to pop the pack to find a good plant, the statistics, odds or whatever.......that's noise. If 2 plants hermie, planting another 2 or another 200 is not going to change that. What's an acceptable batting average :rolleyes: lol
The other thing that he said that I thought was funny was that you are lucky he made good choices or they would be really, really bad......I'm paraphrasing, but that was the gist and apparently the solution? huh? If I didn’t do my due diligence in selecting they’d be really fucked up lol. there ya go.
Buy something else, there is plenty out there in your price range. Take a look around....right here. I don't think there is one breeder here that will tell you hermies are to be expected in their gear and part of the hunting process.

Yeah... I tried to be understanding/reasonable and I tried to ask for advice. I was ignored and not given a real response from Tony when asking what I felt were legitimate questions. He seems like a nice guy so I didn't get on his case about all the bullshit.

Life is too short and there is TOO much dankness out there in other breeders packs so I'll just take my money elsewhere.

That's why folks grow females - they are some what stable -- when doing reg's - you are "hunting" for that stable gene , especialy when one get's testers, even tho when the breeder has done his best to "stablize" their strain.

I have found the opposite to be true. I have found some nice keepers don't get me wrong but have had more issues w fems as of late .

I read it too. Getting down on a guy for popping 2 beans, sheesh! In Virginia you only get 4 plants if you’re staying legal!

Then he shits on @Amos Otis, basically calling him a chucker, but what’s the point of working lines if they end up full of intersex issues?

I guess now I know why you get so many beans in a pack. What a shame, I’ll be skipping his gear now.

Sorry for your trouble @gorillaguy, I know exactly how bad losing plants can set your med harvest back. Maybe you can score a nice gg#4 cut from someone.

"Someone" send two please! That was one of "the ones" that went out of the truck cab when I left Michigan. I'd LOVE to get that cut back. I got mine back in 2013. It was supposedly a decendent from the 2 trays batch of cuts Josey used to enter the Clio Cup in 2011 or 12. That was the story anyway. A real stinker that one was.

Dont know it if matter but I ran FEMs and I do think they're not as stable as regs but like Hitch said, some of us run with plant limits. Thats not to say his REGs were any better by other accounts on that same thread.

After this ordeal I got to reading into some of the techniques growers use to make FEMs and such... I wonder if Rodelization was used somewhere in the line. From my limited reading it seems like a straight foward concept to make FEMs. But is it not a selective breeding method for intersex traits ?? May cause more intersex down the road since you're essentially breeding for intersex traits technically.

Agreed, I love the strain, easily top 5. I've run her as a hermie bag seed and as a clone. But over time and thru stupidity I lost the clone.
When space and funds allow me I'm going to run 1 of each; All feminized
