I do have a tent just for collecting pollen from males/reversals. I will usually dust females around the 3-4 week mark on the average 60 ish day strain. I like to have about 5 weeks of seed development time after dusting. When it comes to dusting just one recipient, I try not to do this as it just creates hassle and headache trying to keep everything seperate without worry of accidentally pollenating my sensi crop etc., but if you have to do this you can remove the female plant and dust it seperately in another tent/room. I use the same tubes to store pollen as I do to package seeds in. Turn off all fans or anything that will cause any air movement. Dip the brush into the pollen and tap your finger on the brush directly over the top of the bud(s). Allow the dust to gently "poof" right onto the white pistols of the bud. I can usually get 2 buds with one dip of the brush into the pollen. Dont let the bristles of the brush touch the female plant but get close. Repeat as necessary and you will find that there is virtually no waste of pollen. Once the plant begins to show brown pistols from the pollen taking (usually 2-3 days), you can then spray the plant down top to bottom including undersides (even the surface of the medium/soil and the pot) with just plain tap water. Let it dry and repeat for good measure. Once dry after the second spray you can probably move that plant back into the room with the others without
too much worry of seeding your other sensi plants. I cant say I'd recommend dipping the brush into anything sticky on the plant. This will only make the pollen stick to your brush and not the female pistols where you want the pollen to stay. This is simply my technique that I've used for years. May not be right for everyone, but its perfect for me.
