Air stones in reservoir

Do I need to remove my humidity dome if I have air stones in the hydroponic reservoir?

That's a confusing question my friend. What do you have the humidity dome on cuttings?

I take off dome when I see green.
Green means go.

Seedlings have roots so the only reason i would use a dome is to prevent starters from drying out. Once they sprout i would ditch the dome as they unlike clones have a rootmass to uptake water. Seedlings will appreciate RH of 60-70% for the first week but thats not to say they won't be fine outside of that.
