A bong, heeeyy, I have one of those. lol. It makes sense now. A 'slide.' I get it. It looked like it was on what I think are called 'rigs.' What folks use for dabs. I'm becoming familiar with those slowly and the different terminology from forum posts and seeing them in the smoke shop when I buy vape liquid. But in all seriousness, I never ventured into the dab realm. I'm just a grower and flower guy. I'm pretty basic. The last time I ventured into other 'rigs' they were apples, soda cans, aluminum foil disposable pipes, etc. (decades ago) Disposable aluminum foil pipes? To think now, knowing now, what we used to use just to get high back then, my gawd. lmao

Shit, I remember making what we called "Shotguns" out of aluminum foil and the cardboard toilet paper/paper towel rolls. Anything we could find or make to smoke out of. Teenage ingenuity at its finest right there. lol

Oh man, you are bringing up some fond memories of stealing all my dads sockets to make bowls... Cutting out all of my moms screens from underneath the faucet... When those ran out, I actually went for the screen door once... LOL... I was a little savage.

But all the dab tech is pretty new to me as well... Its new to everyone... Extracts have only recently started to gain mainstream popularity, and the amount of innovation is jawdropping... I am just trying to follow along, and keep up as best as I can...

I can say for sure, its not all for show... All these new dab rigs coming out keep getting more and more efficient, and more fun to use.

I just got my first recycler and it is the best pull I've ever had. I still can't figure out the path of travel for the smoke though and it blows my mind attempting to.

I used to use my inhaler ...just make a tin foil bowl out of the mouth piece haha... kind of ironic

Yeah I forgot to mention, that thing is sweet!!! I always love a piece that makes the smoke go around something and reconverge or reconnect or whatever. . . if that makes any sense.

A venturi! Grav Labs does it with their helix line... They have a premix chamber that has the same action... I just figured it out that this was pulling smoke from three different sections.... had a little mind blown moment lol... thats cool you caught that

At some point were all new to something related to cannabis, I remember when i first got into dabs / oil making ect. thought for sure i was gonna end up in the burn unit before my 1st batch was done..

Remember when i first heard someone call it a slide, I was like slide what? Slide on over and pass me the doobie?

Oil rig? I had no idea what the hell those were called, Oil burners, Concentrate Swings, All that jazz, I walked into a head shop near seattle an was like you got any of those concentrate things with those pads that you torch up?

First time someone called it a Bowl I thought they were smoking a frosted flakes size BOWL of weed!

So yeah we were all nubbies to all of this at one point!

dude like a year ago I was heating up a banger as hot as I could... and I was more or less jamming the concentrates down the tube... my weed guy would look at me like i had 9 heads lmao... fuck that pussy shit...amirite?
