1) they know the white ash is a better ash and they are looking to the why.
2) They state that combustion temps play a big role in getting that white ash.
3) That potassium and calcium were what actually helped the burn and the ash
4) That too much chlorides cause a poor burn
I think what you are saying makes sense and the "hay smell lock" was a great example of how curing weed wrong ,can screw your end product up.
If anyone had a definitive "how to" for white ash I'm sure we'd have seen it already. Burn hotter, less chlorides, and a good cure......maybe
