We enjoy a bunch of the same bands, so that surprises me a bit.

I got into the big band jazz revival and some (3rd wave?) ska because I liked those musical styles combined with a bit of punk attitude.

I mean, I do like Rancid, and Leftover Crack, and INDK, and there's a bit from The Specials I can appreciate I do love old Ska though. Like almost everything from the 60s through the 70s.
