In Bloom
Okie Dokie. So yeah, I grow Jaw's testers. I grow lots of other stuff too. I'll try and keep this updated. Besides Jaw's Genetics, I'm partial to Genus Seeds and my generous friend @Kind024 , and Strawberry Hill Seed Company. I love GLG freebies. That Jeff labels most testers is comical. Some fantastic stuff there. I grow from others, but maybe 90% of what I grow are from these breeders.
Currently I have a couple of @jaws Hawaiian Lime OGEEs going, and a Super Lemon Putang x Run Away Bride. Runaway Bride is a good one by itself or crossed. I've heard people say "rub bacon on it" to some dish they want to improve. I think the same about RAB. Not in front of a calendar, but these are about 5 weeks. I had some bug problems. They got to the plant on the left a lot more than the others. I was looking at the photos. That's a rarity for there to be that much room in that tent. I normally have it stuffed.gu
Tent's a 4x4 barn roof model. It's in a shed, so only way it would fit. I can fit a 5x5 in there, barely. Maybe Black Friday for some gear upgrades. I don't really purchase seeds much lately. Not into collecting and have a ton. The breeders I mentioned, not including GLG, would keep me going for 10 years!
The flowering is done under an HLG 600rspec. Air management is an AC Infinity T6. Some 14 and 16" fans. No oscillators, they all eventually fry. A decent dehumidifier, I forgot which.
Nutes. GH Lucas Formula. CaliMagic. Hygrozyme. Lots of Diamond K gypsum, and always yucca.
Some foliar stuff. Some stuff you're likely familiar with. Some boosters from my mentor, who I'll leave un-named for now. The boosters, in various versions, I've been using a couple years now with good success. I'll get into my foliar program in a separate post.
Yes. You will see me posting at all hours. If you're bored and awake, feel free to reach out. Don't sleep so well.

thank you so much for your time and space for helping me get my creations tested.

much love brother ..
It's really a pleasure. I can't hardly wait to get back to pest free runs. Run more testers. I've got a bunch of different non testers I'm going to short veg. Get more variety. I love having good choices in smoke. Really a gift the general public, wether medicinal or recreational doesn't get.
I put 5 of your Alien Cookies F2 #6 Fem's in the shot glass last night after a scuff. I had/have 2 started that are super weak. I wasn't happy. A dozen or so various sprouts just took a crap from the weather.

The trimmed buds are from my generous friend @Kind024 . BCG13 x Killer Chem. I cut these about 8 weeks. I don't need more heavily ambered weed right now. I can't wait to get this in the jars for a bit. I've sampled some that I took early that's excellent!
The buds are a shot each of my two Hawaiian Lime OGEE and lone Super Lemon Putang x Run Away Bride. All three are delightful smelling.

None stop action in hear. Keep on keepin' on my friend.

I think you'll like harvesting your flowers in the opaque spectrum. The experience won't be so heavy. However, some types are heavy no matter what. Much of it comes down to genetics. If you're looking for the heavy cbn couch lock then amber is where to go.

Thanks for sharing the trip. Your show is always entertaining.

Be well brother.

These went 56 days. I think, close anyways. If the were still doing anything, growth wise, I would go longer. But I had bugs. I lost some seedlings too and that threw me off. More good ones started, bunch of fems. Need to start more still. These will all get a shorter veg than usual. I want to bust a couple cycles thru to confirm I'm bug free.
So at 56 days, these were mostly opaque. I had some buds on some plants with a bit of amber, but not much. If I have plants that are mostly amber, I've gone further than I thought.
Do you have a # you shoot for? Or just the standard 8-10 weeks, then just keep looking?

ya the weeks are mostly for HEY START LOOKING, your time is when ever your plants tell you there ready. i do not know much about heavy sativas but on the indica side 8-10 weeks will be sweet spots for most.

you as the grower and consumer of your own but should know what your looking for as in what type of stone you want from your plant's.

for me on most of what i grow i like roughly 25% amber 70% milky and ya the last five will always be those slower clears. if i know a strain decent enough and want to push for graveyard weed id shoot for 60 amber 45 milky and five or hard to find clears. this will lose taste but ramp up the heavier couch lock stone in a bit way. now this will be strain depend in ways but ya for the most part any good indica that you know well you can push on a bit and get that day ender stone from.

peace ..

My wife had an interesting observation recently. She said the weed I grow, is better than any weed I

Most of yours seem to finish between 56 and 63 days, for me anyways. I'm guessing stuff like lights, etc make a differencePXL_20241102_211043839.MP.jpgPXL_20241103_212948831.MP.jpg. Can't remember offhand but something went mid 70s. I'm wondering if the Hawaiian Lime OGEE will run longer. Got two in the back here. The one on the left took the most abuse from the crawlers. They're bouncing back fairly well after stripping the chewed on leaves.
Some strong lime terps here.

I realized I didn't finish my thought. The missus told me I grow better weed than I ever had come thru the house. That's over a very long time. She's fussy too. Made me feel pretty good about all my efforts. Stuff like bugs and mold is frustrating, but not enough to make me quit growing. Besides the end result/product, I get a lot of satisfaction from growing. I appreciate all the support and help I get here.

Morning friends. About this time Tuesday, the vascular surgeon was opening me up. No idea how big an incision, sure is a big dressing. So I get opened in front for the safest access to my spine. I. have no idea how big an incision. Big enough to put his hand(s) in. L5 and S1 are now fused, with a new disk/spacer. I'm a "smidge" taller as my mom would say.
. My plants are all going to make it. The missus kept my sprouts going. Got 11 Chunky's Bagseed "Scoutbreath" from my generous moose hunter at. Strawberry Hill Seed Co. I feel very fortunate to call you my friend. I've also got 7 Temple Flo. These are from my mentor. He would answer my questions with questions. Made me have to think. I am grateful for all he has done, and continues to do.

Glad you and your plants pulled thru something that serious and intense...Of course your health is the only real thing of importance but it's got to be nice to come home to things still running smoothly..I had a hella mess when I came home but I was gone almost a month..

Glad you are on the mend. Hope recovery is smooth sailing and the fusion is 100% successful....
Thanks buddy. I had about 3-4 hours in the wee hours where I felt pretty good. Normal pain way down. Nerve pain way down. Pretty optimistic. Some unavailable morning needs. I'm usually up 3-4 hours before the missus. Bugging her for something I forgot to handle is not good at 5am.

10 days? Gee wiz fellers. Wish I could say I've been havin' fun. But I'm not looking at roots growing. My health caused some seedlings not to make it. Neglected some in flower I'll loose some terps on. My @jaws testers...Chem GORG f1-v2. 6 girls and the best plants going. Typical of Jaw's work. I am so optimistic right now I'm gonna get out the tuppers. No testers or real special gear in case my health interferes. Again.

I shall return...

ya brother like i was saying the other day, just take your time get your health back before going in full blast. nothing wrong with taking some down time, it helps more then it hurts usually .

take care of yourself brother ..
