Exactly what I was going to say....The Trades...I'm an electrician...I have been doing electrical work since I was 11...took electricity in high school and got my J card...then I graduated and went right into the military...worked for DOS, figured it just wasn't for me. ...went back to electrical, got my Masters and my contractors license...my best years I was making +500k and paying my guys top dollar $30 - 45 hr and helpers $15-25....people look down on the trades, but often...we make more money then the people we work for.
I also ran a mowing business that made even more money...we mowed fields, paddocks and pastures...I had 15 brand new Mahindra 80 HP and up to my 120hp...only after a few years of working with older shit equipment.
My boy ran the mowing business with his friends...they made amazing money and got stoned all day long.
All tradesmen either drink a lot or smoke a lot of weed or just don't care as everyone else does it.
EDIT:....The average age of a master electrician in the US is 54...that is scary!
Other trades are very similar stats!
I did electrical design for 38 years at 3 different engineering companies so I had to play the asshole that argued over change orders on the opposite side of the table. The contractors always had the new 4x4 trucks to drive around the city in.

Contractors stacked the cash compared to myself, but I learned some great points from guys in the field. Learned more constructive ideas than from my engineers. Made me a better designer.

I fuckin love change orders!...depending on scope of job but an average change order fee residential is $500 just to make the change on the paper plus double on the parts...
For a typical job...let's say a hot tub GFCI panel and hook up...if materiels are let's say 650.00 then you go 650 x 3 + 10% = 2145 to do the job...if they are a dick or a communist, then +20% or +30%...you get the pic.
Easily do 2 of those a day in under 6-8 hrs.

P l e a s e ask DCSE what they are. My head is spinning for probably no reason at all.
I guess they're not from you then!

I bet they’re the same as these:

Merry didn’t know what they were or where they came from lol
Yep that's what I saw when I opened the pack hoping to find a clue. Usually these would find their way to the freebie pile of never going to be ran, but now I'm curious, and my imagination is running wild with what could be...

I got them at the Kind Cup. She was basically like “What are they, who the hell knows” lol.

edit… I love how they packaged them up in the craft paper haha. Mine were loose.

Oh man that sounds like a glorious run! And lots of potential to make some SD seed stock there...

I'm not sure when I'll get to the G-Unit. I'm really trying to figure out what I want to do for my first pollen chucking project. I have to consider my space, and how many cuts I'm willing to take care of. Not to mention what strains and seeds will be involved. Lots of ideas, but the whole thing feels overwhelming as of right now.

I have a lot of friends lined up with a tent or a room in the basement for this...we have to split them up per the "laws" in my state...sooo....it's not that easy....but, we have all done the collective grows before....we used to buy 5 packs of seeds all the same...we each get a pack...grow them out, then we meet up for our picks...pick which ones we want and which ones to breed with etc if it was a seed run and then flower them out keeping each clone and keeping the best out of 50. Not the easiest thing to do.
