OMG, apologies for being AWOL!
As many of you heard, last week we had a website meltdown thanks to GoDaddy migrating our server without notifying us of the change. As a result, we lost nearly 100 orders, dozens of new customer profiles, and a handful of new products. If this data loss has affected your account or loyalty points please let us know by replying to this thread and we'll get you straightened out.
