Seems so cut and dry when they put it like that. Truth is, this parent material is bastardiized or fracted into a form that is not identical to naturally occurring humic acid.

Leonardite? and Humalite is unique in that it is harvested from freshwater deposits as opposed to the more often seen salt water deposits harvested supplements. I have found stuff like that between the Pakowki and the Milk shelf. Alberta is pretty cool sometimes.

My tap water seems to have SI and sand is rife with it.
It is getting the horse to drink ~ that is the trick.

I have seen some SI juice that is dearly pricey. Perhaps I wouldn't hate retail so much if I wasn't such a sucker.

I paid about 45 a gallon delivered.
Dilutes @ 5ml per gallon.

Was kinda thinking the same.
Worried me.
Decided to use a diff lens,,, complacency will destroy me. I wanted to get critical, and find fault somewhere. Nothing can be perfect, eh?
What holds us back? Remove the restrictions, improve the flow.
What could I do, to improve?

Held some suspicion in that ice clone, from the other day. Recall how there was snow, still on top, overnight?

Lung temp- 5c
Flower ceiling temp -25c
Leaf temps - 22, 25c
Soil temp 18 , 14 ~~ Oh-oh


Regard heater and main circ. fan, in blue, back corner. Cold door is bottom.

That is why my latest flip is shy to fly.
I figured perhaps they were a little young , but now I am realizing that by filling the room starting in the back corner and placing pots closer and closer to the door : I have been painting myself away from the heater, and out of the room.


There is enough parasitic heat loss at the door that I cannot maintain warm ballast in the media. The cold floor and door is sapping the life from the pots.
No scientist, but I can measure and observe. I know exactly what cold does to plant. It is like a giant pause button. Nothing more ,,nothing less.
They wont do squat. Wont drink, wont mass, wont mature. This is one area where I am well versed.

Gotta address that. I must peak soil temps during daylight. I need those tubs to
kinetic energy me through the cold nights.
At the moment I am losing on both fronts: the lights do not warm up the soil during the day, and the heater is not keeping the soil warm at night. If I lose that battle I will lose the war. Cold arrives with a car full of companions and NONE of them are welcome house guests.

I recognize now that my heat source could not get any further away than the coldest spot in the room. Even glancing around my house I noticed that the HVAC guys put all of the Furnace Outlets under the windows and near the doors. I need to take a p
age from those boys.
Reinforce the insulation at the door, and and create better laminar flow with my heat. Foolish to have a heat bubble, up top , when I am freezing my toes near the floor.

Hell yeah, I'm up north myself and I got all my little tricks to get temps up . It's def worth it to insulate the hell outta what u can. The lights create heat , harness it best u can . I've noticed that a piece of insulation board under my containers is most important. I gotta put a oil filled heater in the room during lights out when it gets below freezing . Hopefully not too much this winter . ?

have you ever did a romulan crosses before this?

i have a few tga crosses with romulan in it, tried this previous round with romulan x (can’t remember the male)
and none of the 0/10 seeds germinated ( they were 5+ old

back in the day I tried a 1/4oz of romulan at the “farmers “ market by a trade and it was preety decent , who knows lol

but by pictures of it online and description of what that genetic romulan is, def sound like a fun one to try and explore like many of the elites eh

So far, it is trying to be the one that got away. She is elusive. Put Romulan in that search bar up there. It is not just me. She is a heart breaker.

Was a failed first attempted at pollen collecting.

I ended up culling most of that bud run due to mites and light leak.
I held a few clones, both went to
seed production and the blueberry really popped my top.
I pollinated both Grapefruit and Blueberry Romulan with SourBloodOrange.
Not exactly what I was after, but, they germed well, and are just into flower now.

My current close encounter is in the ScarletQueen. I think that is half Romulan.
I do have Two RomBlueberry getting wet soon. Hoping to smash all those together.

All else fails , I do have a lovely BluBloodRoom male, that is so far just to outstanding to cull.

Boric acid was an attempt at ipm in nutrient water that didn't pan out. It can be used to balance the pH of your ladies whoha though.

Wondering why that picture looks so goofy? The upper right hand of the frame looks distorted. If you zoom in on it you can see that it is not.
It took me a minute to figure out.
I figure that, all of the plants along the back wall need water and their leaves are relaxing downward. As you look across the bottom of the frame at the canopy, the foliage sets at a different pitch. In the upper right hand of the frame the contrast is poor, because monochromatic
, and that is where four different textures culminate, and the brain has trouble dealing with it.
Is weird , mang. Looks out of focus, then I zoom in , and it is not.

In the pic I think depth of field is coming into play, the back wall seems out of focus. It might be the monochrome too? I dropped out of the photography class at the community college.

It was 2301 beans perhaps 150 had been distributed prior to contest. It was a relatively small plant perhaps 2.5ft tall 2ft diameter (750cm x 500cm). There was probably 5k total beans including immature ones. My ghetto seed sorter is a fan blowing up through a screen colander so a few viables were lost in the process, they sprouted in the yard.

1 bract = 1 bean

IMO It is easy to over pollinate wherein it will take much longer for them to all finish and many will be dented or othwise non-primo.

I have a Romulan from Lucky13 seeds in with my Neville's haze. Been 10 days since the light switch and still waiting for the damn thing to show definite sex.
I have the NH under ~10 hours of light and 14 dark and thought that cycle would kickstart the Romulan into flower but it has not. I can see the little tiny beginnings but not willing to make a call yet.
I'm thinking this pheno will not be kept around, but it is still early. A decent stretch may still turn it into something good. Probably going to pop the rest of the pack for the next SOG after this one and see what I find.

I totally understand the precept. I would be very disappointed if I brought home a box of Corn flakes and Cheerios came out of the bag.
I try to keep three varieties of coffee beans on hand, because I want to open the cupboard and brew what I am interested in tasting that morning, at that moment.
