Fermented foods, what do ya do?

Just finished fermenting habenero's, couple slices of carrot, garlic, couple slices of onion. For a hot sauce I am working on. Post ferment: 1/2 lime fresh squeezed, blended and strained. And into a small oak barrel to age. First time using the barrel so I can't wait to see how it turns out ( I pre-seasoned the barrel with bourbon) I call this pic " fire in the hole" ?.

This thread is great and deserves more attention. Fermented foods have been helping my gut a lot. My mom always been all about it
If you're in need of something for gut health, try the ginger beer. I made my first batch a couple weeks ago and it was incredible. I've struggled with some stomach issues, and that stuff just sets you straight.
Thanks for the inspiration @Skunky Dunk Farms , I'm going to get a new "bug" started fight now. ?
