Sometimes just a little shift can have such a positive effect.
When I was hauing water I would sometimes have to procrastinate because of my back pain. I just couldn't face it. Shuffling across that ice my compensating muscles would get just as sore as my spine ever was.

Improving quality of life in any facet does seem to reverberate through life on the whole. Im dying to get some seeds wet and considering my options.
Question of the day is, how does a man who is under doctors orders not to lift anything heavy get bales of peat into a basement with really bad access? A slide seems like the right idea, but none of the windows are big enough. Wish it was sold in smaller quantities.
Makes me wonder if I should go back to coco, its so much lighter. Im still a little iffy on using peat for bog related reasons anyways even if I love the results.
