If you don't want to move the actual netting, you could "sew" the branches into it; I had a plant going nuts in the greenhouse a few runs ago, and there was no moving that netting without 40 branches snapping off, so I just ran them into the holes, and out the other side, which actually does a good job once they're flowering, because the light is going across a more "flat" surface, VS them being sprouted up into the netting, so it was good for bud sites and production. I'd recommend grabbing a PVC pipe to go along with this, with one of those "elbow Macaroni" shaped end pieces, so that you're back doesn't get fucked up again trying to water in that green mess it'll turn into. Just put one end in the pot, and pour water / nutes into the other side so you don't have to bend over as much.

Thats actually a very common training method called a Screen of Green or SCROG for short. More work than Im looking for though, this is just to keep things upright.

Did you not see my picture?? I mean, do you even follow my journal? And I thought we were growmies... 🤣

Thats definitely helpful. I was wondering if people adjusted the nets as they go. Im probably leaving mine in one place since the whole plan is to avoid having to crawl around in the tent so Im not sure how well this will work. I just didnt want to be messing around staking things up like I usually do.
BET. It's a mofo reaching back to get them nets adjusted. Mid-range should do you good depending on strain. Worst case, you gotta tie a couple floppers at the end. I like that setup though, and can't wait to watch it do work.

I thought SCROG was just the tops in the mesh :( damn bro I'm sorry.

Life continues to be a little crazy over here. Cant seem to catch a break, but life goes on.

The HS33 x Bahlki is rank this year. Just finished trimming up another 1/4 lb. Still so much to do but my back is limiting me to shorter trim sessions. The stuff thats been bagged for a week smells like old parmesan and compost comprised of nothing but garlic and citrus rinds. Cant wait for a sample smoke.

I always forget how much plants take off in a hempy bucket once the roots find the reservoir lol 20231024_192901.jpg

Finally got around to topping her, followed by a quick trim. Love the structure on this gal @Frimpong , should fill the tent nicely without going too crazy on the training. Next watering is going to get some silica added to beef those limbs up a bit. Trunk is solid AF but she has skinny arms! 20231024_193200.jpg

Oh my.... You know deep down I'd help you trim that right ? Or let you use my trimmer... Shit.. Bro is that the same one you sent me a while back ? It's on my list to run but I ran out of space this season... Shit...

Side note; When my back is really kicking my ass trying to trim (Let's admit it, there is no way to trim good while having good posture), I sometimes have to get up and walk around for a bit, smoke, maybe get a drink, and then, I sit down, hold good posture for a few, and then try again. The little breaks though, should help at least with some of the pain issues.

Or you could just grow here instead and be like "Hey bro this one smells like Cheese and I'm too sore to deal with it" and I got your back, literally LOL.
