Hippy Slayer 33 x Chocolate Diesel (Toxic Chocolate going forward) are all over the place. The CD seems to be dominant which seems to be a trend with CD crosses. Lots of fat, dark green leaves with rounded leaf tips.

Hippy Slayer 33 x Bahlki (HS33B until I can come up with better) are just so well adapted to outdoors here. They love it. Most vigorous of all the plants outside by far. Great structure with tons of side branching naturally. Really happy I stumbled ass backwards into this project lol. I think HS33B #3 is going to be an HS33 leaner the more I look at it. Hoping at least one of these is a boy because Id happily chuck with any of them.

Round 2 of potential outdoor candidates are all still small. I have 8 Delta Leaf sex kits left that I think Ill use on them since it will be a while before theyre big enough for snips. Theres 11 plants so three will have to be figured out the old fashioned way.

Oh, and the lone Yuzu. For some reason I feel like I need to keep this plant, boy or girl. Not sure if its because the breeder is defunct and theres no more or because I like actual yuzu, but for some reason it feels like because there is only one it must be chucked with. So Im going to run it indoors. If its a boy Ill collect the pollen and if its a girl Ill keep a cut of it to hit with some pollen later.

Afghani Hippy?
With this one Im hoping to name it based off the traits it exhibits, not the names its had before. Im "breeding" this line (and I use the term extremely loosely here) with the intention of making a reliable, durable and early finishing skunk strain for my area, so I want the name to reflect that. So if the female I choose to work with is lime and skunk terps I would call it New England Stanky Limes or if it has the burnt ruber nose it could be called Early Burnout.

I enjoy all the whacky strain names these days, but sometimes I miss names that were actually reflective of the strains characteristics ... like, if I wanted big buds, I ordered Big Bud. The breeders intentions were clear.

I understand what you mean. You know what a really cool name would be ? Mitten Skunk :)

The burnt rubber part is nice when that shows up! One Chem D starts out smelling that way early on before the lemon cleaning product scent takes center stage lol.

If you end up with a New England Cheese Chowder let me know lol!

Yeah, the Mass Super Skunk was heavy on the burnt rubber and I miss it. Hoping to find that again. Last years HS33Bs ranged from earthy lime to skunky garlic. Curious what we will find this season.

I do a big garden with my father so I usually dont bother with many veggies at my own house but we cleared a bunvh of trees and have actual sunlight now so I felt like I had to take advantage. Have some more stuff coming from seed too. Next year Ill do a raised bed here I think but Im redoing the deck this summer so container plants for now! 20230531_184934.jpg

🔥Freak Genetics🔥
@Frimpong with the Promix and Gaia nutes when do you first top dress with the flower nutes? I waited until I flipped and feel like I shouldve done it sooner, like a week prior to flip. Had some deficiencies show up that the top dressing seems to have addressed now.
Man it happens every time to me the timing is tricky. 3 weeks is usually money. I'll do the castings as well just for immediate nutes . But yeah it works itself out

The weather has been brutal for the starters in the porch but im letting them ride it out.

Got 4 confirmed males so far. Down 2 Hillside Fucks, 1 Honeybee and one HS33B.

I like this Hillside Fuck male quite a bit though, great structure, was the first to show sex and that little cutting in a cup matured fast! Nothing else had shown anything and he had full blown stacks of balls. Gonna keep him around. 20230605_135543.jpg

The HS33B boy is sticking around for now too. The other two got jettisoned.

First 4 females confirmed! And one more likely female. Got a Honey Bee, Hillside Fuck, HS33B #2 and the lone surviving Giesel x SS#1 of the first batch. HS33B #1 is other the likely female.

I never got around to using the Delta kits on the next round of starters and Im not sure if I'll even bother. Sexing snips under 12/12 light seems to be working well enough.

Flower tent. None of these gals have stretched all that much. Sour Skippy, Creamy Greases and Mr Fuzion all seem really happy. Communion has some clawing and drooping going on.

I see all these pictures of Romulan Genetics gear that are just stunning but so far Ive found both of the crosses of his kind of finnicky. Hopefully we finish strong on her, Id really like to get some good Rom buds bagged up.

I have a Creamy Greases S1 outside right now and I really like her structure. I feel like she's going to "Christmas Tree" outside which is something I do like. Which one is she?
