So much potential there. Hoping the Slurricane #7 comes out remotely close to their 7 pheno. I haven't grown any Mac crosses yet but Mac is in the next lineup. Well V2 anyways. Jungle Diamonds is a Slurricane 7 cross with GG4 so hoping to find something in that pack to keep around for a while.

So there were a few Slurricane packs to choose from. I assume that Slurricane is the strain itself and all the different numbers like #7 , #4 and so on are the actual keepers they selected? Please correct me if I am wrong. It literally looks like they dipped it in snow or something.

So happy I didn't have a drink right before reading that....too funny. I appreciate the welcome. This drop wasn't too bad. The Seed Junky run i just did costs 3 times as much as this one. 500-600 pack average smh.

As of this morning, all seeds are currently soaking in separate shot glasses for the next 24 hours. (9pm)
My thoughts - since this is a run searching for phenos only, I may go directly to 1 gallon pots for a month and flip them. Yield is not the end goal.
Pros - No transplant shock, less work in the grow.
Cons- Potential over watering. * Will be measuring daily water intake *

have grown many on your list -- The best one to date is Sugar Cane (slurricane x platinum) close to the best ever grown (taste/yields) ALL were good (It seems that their strains need at least 72 days any earler not so potent !) they base many of their hybrids on thess two strains

The Sugarcane is very impressive. Both Sugarcane and Deluxe were the same prices but only one is in the gold pack but yet many seem to like the normal Sugarcane over Deluxe. Hoping to find something interesting and I am sure I will. I also like taking mine pretty late, hydrids and indicas anyways. I got my 16+ week sativas for the day so I should be ok in the time department. Packs are coming out Canna verified now too.

When it comes to a cross...... " A x B ", does A (first strain mentioned) refer to male or female?

Regular : female = A x B = male
if feminized = female x female
when packs says S1 , that means self pollinated , first time

When it comes to a cross. 'A'...first strain mentioned, if labeled properly, is typically the female first in proper plant speak.

Every seed has cracked open besides both of the MacDaddy. Hopefully within the next day I can get the others planted and see progress on the MacDaddy.
Debating on using rockwool for sprouting and then planting directly into the 1 gallon pots. I do have a flood and drain that may make this very easy on me.
May just go directly to 1 gallon pots also.
If I am just pheno searching, is it even worth topping any of the plants? My end goal is to select a couple to run later down the road. I don't see why topping them would be beneficial. If anything, I see it delaying the plants growth some.
4 weeks veg time and flip or 12-12 right from the start.
