Smoke's Grow & Show

Frimpong

What I like about this strain is it stays short and stout, barely any stretch. It grows out more horizontal than vertical, like comparing a tree and a bush. I don't know if it grows naturally like that or because I used LST clips.
Speaking on the LST clips I highly recommend them, no strings getting in the way and they're just easy to use.

Only thing I don't like about this strain is the amount of fan leaves, every time I feed I find myself constantly trimming off fan leaves and lower branches - and I mean constantly!
Strawnana was very similar , constant clipping

Having a slight problem in the test tent once again. I think I overdosed some of my plants with silica. I top dressed diatomaceous earth to deal with fungus gnats not realizing it's a source of silica and stupid me added silica when feeding. Some of my plants are burnt with brown crispy fan leaves, I flushed the soil yesterday, hope that helps.. It's not affecting all my plants, just some thankfully.

See even growers who've been doing things for years can still make mistakes.. So for the newbies out there don't beat yourself up too bad if you make a mistake, keep growing and keep learning.

Nice I’m going to have to dig through my Baddog
Selection and give this one a go
I've grown quite a few freebies from bad dawg and any of the RunAwayBride crosses are going to have some fire. I don't think I've found one bad plant from those packs.
One of the plants from the test tent that I'm not too embarrassed to share.

When the lights turn on in my other two tents I'll try to snap more pictures. All the stems are bending from the weight put on, good thing I have some of those yoyo ties that you attach to the tent poles and they each have string attached to two hooks that hold the buds up. Only thing is once I do that the plants can't be moved without re-doing the hooks.

My estimated harvest date is 3/8/24 which is about 10 weeks. Some people say GSC is done in 8wks others say 10 to 11 wks. We'll see what happens when I scope the trichomes.
